Came to get a DoorDash and the workers (his words) were so high they didn’t even start the sandwich.
Worst Subway management. Do not work here if you want to be told the truth
Well there are several subways in town we have never eaten at this specific one before. It was clean and the service was great. The food was fresh and you can't go wrong if you like subway

Hard to have quality trained staff when the owner is lazy... Toaster oven(s) 1 which doesnt work at all and the other which messes up sandwiches constantly yet isnt being replaced...Feel sorry for the guys and galls working there cause if you decide to eat in instead of taking your food out somewhere else your gonna here alot of "Im sorry" or "Im so sorry about that"...
Would honestly give 0 stars if possible. After knowing AND working with this owner before my company got off the ground I can 100% say he is not the type of person that should be in charge of his stores.The kids he has currently including the 18 year old who has no qualifications that he is trying to put into a managers position is astounding. With little to no proper training as well. Which it is not their fault per say that responsibility falls to the owner not taking the time and care of making sure his staff are correctly trained and placed into a suitable work environment...Todays visit I decided to get food from the Subway here and it was the new Baja Steak. The FIRST one was done incorrectly with the cold veggies on the bottom half of the bread (Fun fact its supposed to be meat on bottom half of the bread and veggies on the top half according to Subway University) AND the stores toaster oven for heating the meat is not functioning properly WHICH HAS BEEN KNOWN by the owner himself for some time now and said owner has neglected to get the store a new toaster oven (Which to me shows a very unprofessional nature in general as well as a potential health hazard/violation or two)I felt bad for the kids working here as the second sub was almost as inedible as the first. I would not recommend this location or the store in Newland, NC to even my worst enemies.
Wow i did ask for a small amount of cheese normally this place is good .but i barely got anything on my sub last night on homie's last day. I guess i should have watched him more closely. Plus $8 bucks for a footlong veggie is crazy now.

I am very disappointed. The oven roasted chicken breast that I have been ordering for more than 15 years, has been removed from the menu. Not the locals fault, disappointing none the less. The Sandwich engineer tried his best to offer an alternative, I was not to be consoled. Ordered the Club and it was fine. It lacks the mouth feel and other enjoyment the chicken had. They were clean and speedy as always. Like I said, not this franchise's fault. As fussy as I was, they would have run to Walmart and bought me some chicken if it would have helped. I thank them for their efforts and curse Corperate for such a poor choice.
