BEWARE DON'T PARK IN THE KFC LOT NEXT DOOR. They have the tow truck company on speed dial. Parked at KFC less than 5 minutes and had to chase down the tow truck to get my car back after having to pay him $75. Most expensive chai tea ever.
Every time I come to this store, I feel like I leave making a new friend. Everyone here works so hard and they are so kind and patient. Customer service isn’t an easy job and I’m sure they put up with countless rude customers, but whenever I am there they always have the best attitude. You are all amazing and deserve the best. Thank you for making me so happy every time I come.
I came here before my night shift for a pick me up and ordered an espresso. I noticed my drink was overly sweet—probably from miscommunication about add ins/substitutions. I was already late for work so I couldn’t turn around. I hate being a pain and having people remake drinks but I needed Starbucks or I wasn’t going to make it through my shift lol. The team lead (don’t remember his name). Was very nice and allowed me come back a couple hours later on my break before they closed, and remade my drink for me. The cashier was extremely nice as well!
I want to preface this by saying me and my girlfriend were having the WORST day. It was entirely stressful and we were dealing with a lot of personal affairs. On top of all that my girlfriend was experiencing a tight throat and needed some hot tea, so we decided we would make a late night trip to Starbucks. We were then greeted by Dylan, who honestly made our awful horrible day a lot better. Not only did he and his amazing coworkers make delicious drinks that we enjoyed on the way home- but also provided us advice for some of the issues we were having and it was immensely helpful. He went above and beyond the call of duty and was overall amazing to speak to. Thank you Dylan, they should give you a raise! P.s my girlfriend hates all tea and only drinks it when she needs to soothe her throat, and she really enjoyed this one! Thank you to whoever made our drinks.
Drove to location to order Venti Americano with cold heavy cream ordered the cream twice. What I got was no cream and tastes conspicuously like black coffee. Waste of my time! I was told when I called I could drive all the way back and they would fix. I explained that I had a job and his response was sorry dude and he hung up.
The employees are so nice! One actually struck up a conversation with us as we were getting our food and it was great! Definitely would recommend this place for anyone who wants a nice breakfast sandwhich.
I dont get coffee from here usually, I'm a picky coffee drinker and only like straight coffee and french vanilla creamer, so I go to a gas station. But I would order egg sandwiches before work and I'd do mobile orders. It said "be ready by ..." and many times when I would walk in, it would be 5-10 minutes after the expected time and they still don't have my food ready and they have a designated person for doing egg sandwiches so theres no "we're too busy" excuse. I stopped going there after I got nausea from eating there. I called to let them know that they don't need to be serving undercooked food and THEY HAD THEIR PHONE DISCONNECTED. They don't need to be disconnecting their phone, people should be allowed to give criticism when needed
I’m not much of to complain but I just was slightly annoyed that I waited 25 minutes for a cold brew for my brother. I saw about a dozen people get there drinks ahead of me and I tried to ask if my order was lost which I get it, stuff happens. I just didn’t like getting ignored and works not necessarily caring to their full potential especially when someone is waiting for 29 minutes for a coffee
The SUPREME Starbucks for us. We only get up to Boone every few weeks so we always stop when we're there. EXCELLENT service inside and out. Although the drive-thru is much faster. We love y'all.
The coffee shop itself does well, however the traffic in and around this business is unmanageable. Often times the drive thru line will back up onto the HWY 321, and the drive thru lines will loop around the building more than once. During the morning and mid-afternoon hours, I would try to avoid this location as it is just too busy.
