Been spending about 4-17$ at this place 5 days a week 3-4 months.Always get a cup of ice when i when I go in, sometimes smokes and most times an adult beverage. Got food a few times but I'm not a fan of someone that doesn't know how to cook making my food or burning my Gyro. People always seemed friendly enough. Today I went in got my drink, asked to buy a cup of ice. The woman running cash register said "if you get a cup of ice you're not allowed to use the restroom"I use ice and water from the restroom to chill a cooling towel I use when walking. The place has always been weird with the restroom but if a paying customer can't use the restroom for whatever reason they failed to give, I'm not gonna be one again. Rude people and the employees are worse
Stopped here on our way out of Boone- got the spicy chicken sandwich, bacon cheeseburger, cheeseburger, and Philly cheese steak. All the food was great and the service fast. Only reason for four stars is we also ordered four cookies and did not get them. We were too far down the road before we realized it to turn back around. Would recommend if you are looking for a quick stop.
This is an absolute must try if you are in Boone. My son and I come to Boone a few times a year and I stop here for breakfast at least once every trip. The breakfast sandwiches are delicious and the staff is so friendly. I had the sausage, egg, and cheese croissant, which was cooked perfectly. I’ve had several other breakfast sammies as well as over easy eggs, bacon, and hashbrowns. All have been great! I’m looking forward to trying some lunch items next time. Who doesn’t love supporting a long time local small business?
Good food but a little bit slow. I think it's because they make to order, so you can't really complain about that.
Best cheesesteak I’ve ever had ! Would recommend saks a thousand times over
The staff was very friendly however the food portions were very small. $10.66 for a chicken gyro and a total of 21 frenh fries (yes I counted). The chicken tasted like it was frozen from a Tyson chicken food bag. Overall pricy for mediocre small portioned meal.On a lighter note great selection of candy and food at a gas station. Probably wouldn't go back.
I ordered a burger and fries with a Pepsi. I got a burger and Mac and cheese bites. My burger was dripping with grease. The cheese bites were burnt. And on top of that it wasn't cheap. Would not recommend
Great food tucked away in a convenience store. We had the ham and cheese sub, Chicken sandwich, chicken fingers, fried mushrooms and Cheeseburger. The food was fresh and the service was great. Would definitely recommend.
You might say Phil, there is no way the best Gyro in Boone comes out of a gas station. You might say that but you would also be wrong.
1st time we have eaten there. amazing hot dog and fries. FYI hot dogs are huge!
