The worst. We ordered a pizza online today during a snow storm and everyone was starving. Several minutes later I get a text message that the order is ready. We get dressed up and brave the weather to retrieve the pizza, only to get there and be told the manager canceled the order, so she could close the store. Does she call me and tell me she had to cancel the order? No, the store sends me a text (Also, we weren’t the only people with this issue there) message telling us the order was ready, so we could drive there through the snow for nothing. This place is hot garbage. Stay away.
Worst experience,Went there and ordered a pizza and cheese sticks.When I got to the hotel I found out They gave me someone else’s order.I called them back and they said sorry about that.. we can refund you the money.I told them I don’t want the money but just make me a pizza I ordered and they hung up on me.I called them back and ordered a new order and they said it will be ready in 20minI went back and they didn’t even start making it.They finally started making it and it was the worst pizza I had. They dumped sauce in spots and didn’t make it as they normally make it in other places.At the end they said sorry and didn’t even bother giving me a refund or partial refund for all spending over and hour to to make one pizza
Called to ask if they are delivering. They told me yes. Called back in 10 minutes after getting my family's order together and they told me they aren't taking any more deliveries. I am really hurt.
Don't really care for they're pizza as a rule,,, but tried the new New York Style ,,, it was pretty good considering,,, I'd eat it again,,, pizza was fresh and service was good,,,
Never again after being laughed at by manager on the phone. I let them know I would file for a charge back
This location somehow messes up our order every. single. time. without fail. And their service is horrible. Never, ever, ever ordering here again.
Usually they are really fast and efficient. The food is always good, but yesterday they were 45 mins behind on all orders and there was a bunch of workers in there working. They are always very friendly and help though.
Got my pizza home... no butter sauce...packets of what I assumed to be cheese...was a salty seasoning...ruined my pizza!I know I should have read the packet...but why the change?
Takeout. Tried the cheesesteak papadias and the meatballs/pepperoni papadias. The meatball one was great. Awesome customer service
It would have been alot better if it didn't take so long to deliver. We chose takeout bc of the inconvenience of delivery.
