Just wanted to say Thank you for the awesome customer service. Picked up our lunch order for work and realized the sweets were missing. Not a big deal. I just called to see if just the sweets could be refunded.... I am so sorry I did not get a a name but the CSR went ABOVE and beyond for me. I know how tough the world is right now and I was truley taken back at how awesome I was treated. Thank you Boone Panera ❤️ you have an all star team!
Was deciding Saturday, June 4, 2022, to go to your location. One of your employees helped me decide not to go. He was outside with a black apron on petting a dog. This dog was jumping up on his apron. The employee was bending over the dog playing with him. Pretty sure the guy didn’t change apron when he went back inside. I love dogs but don’t want dog hair in my food. Disgusting!!!
I had a great experience with the staff and the customer service, there is only one thing that I suggest that the employee should do, maybe next time prior to putting in the orders they should always check what is the order of the customers , because I paid for an item that I did not get. It is not a big deal to me but for future reference staff should be mindful because some other customers would not appreciate it .. Other than that, all is great!
As an App State student, I frequent this Panera to study, but they get my order wrong 90% of the time, although I keep coming back because Panera is Panera. The staff is very unprofessional, they goof off and I can hear them say inappropriate things while I study in the restaurant, I can also see them being off task in the back as I stand in a long line waiting to order. I don't understand why there are so many positive reviews for this place because I come here often for my cinnamon crunch bagel and I rarely have a good experience. Not recommended if you want to be satisfied with your experience.
You can always count on Panera to have some decent food… But I really enjoyed the steak and white cheddar cheese Panini sandwich. This week, they also had the Thai chicken soup, which was wonderful but too hot to handle.
Going to Panera yesterday I was in a rush. So for my friends we knew curbside was the way to go and I was worried about getting a timely response from the staff. So when we placed the order I swung by to get it and learned quick that I had nothing to worry about. It was quick and the staff giving me the food were very friendly.
Staff was very considerate. when i was having trouble on saturday, the manager working was very kind and did everything she could to help me. I always feel like a nuisance asking for help and she assured me otherwise and made me feel welcome. They do seem to be out of a lot of stuff towards the end of the week but that’s nobody’s fault so, five stars.
I don’t normally write reviews but I wanted to give a quick review for this Panera location. This is only my second time going, but, so far, I’ve had outstanding experiences. My friend and I had ordered a curbside yesterday evening (1/27) and, almost as soon as we pulled in, they had brought our food out to us. Curbside was so quick and effective — we were in and out in about 30 seconds! The service and quality of the food was great and I would definitely recommend this location.
This Panera Bread has gone down hill. When you walk in you can tell how filthy and dirty it is. It only has a 94 inspection score which is very low for a restaurant. The employees were not wearing masks nor gloves while making the food. The bathrooms were disgusting. I did not eat there. I just basically walked in and left. Only used the restroom to wash my hands! I will never be back!!
I never leave reviews and I find it to be a little embarrassing, but I'm at the end of my rope. They constantly and consistently forget items on my order. Next time I place an order, I call and politely ask if they can just add the prior missing item on to this new order. They assure me it'll happen and then the item in question or others is just missing again. Eventually a manager told me "if you want it to stop happening you're just going to have to come inside and pick it up yourself" but i'm working from home and sick. :-(
