We have breakfast here 3 times a week. We usually drive through and then take our food to the outside eating area. The food is good and the coffee is fantastic. I see that some people have complained of delays, but in the years we have been coming here, we have never experienced anything but good, prompt service. Even under the most difficult circumstances, with labor short and many cars arriving all at once, these people manage to serve everyone in a timely manner, and with a smile and friendly word as well. Keep your expectations reasonable and have a positive attitude, and I know you will love this place as much as we do.
I have yet to actually get the fresh fries. I now have to ask for it when I order. I would add 2 stars if management actually responded when I did put in a complaint. They did not. I still go here as the other items seem decent. C'mon man...give a guy fresh fries.....
they were super busy, so I can kinda understand this but . . . I went inside b/c the drive-thru was wrapped around the building and stood at the counter for at least 5 minutes - never to even be acknowledged. so much so that I wasn't sure they were even serving people at the counter, even though they were continually coming to the counter to populate a shelf for delivery orders. ended up going out to the car and placing a mobile curbside order which I waited at least 10 more minutes for.
I’m not one to bash any fast food workers because I’ve been in their shoes, but tonight I was absolutely dumbfounded by the rudeness of one employee. I ordered curb side since it’s Easier to pick things up with a broken arm/ hand for me, I received my order only to find out I was given all the wrong things, so I politely went inside and waited for a minute for someone to notice me, the curbside lady noticed me and asked me in a very snarky way why I was there, I explained I was given the wrong items/ order and just wanted to get it corrected. This woman gave me the nastiest answer back and was extremely rude to me like saying “that’s what you paid for and that’s what you get, you can’t change your order” it wasn’t what she said to me that was bad it was her attitude. She seriously needs some attitude adjustment, and not to mention she was shaking her head at me while walking out and huffing and puffing, now here’s the good part, the employee with the long hair, glasses, and blue and purple nails was a absolute sweet heart and made my order in just a minute! They were so so so sweet and I hope if the manager or the employee see’s this just know BESTIE YOU ROCK!
One of the best places that I've ever worked. And I would like to add to the posted derogatory postings about the speed there I just wanted to let you all know that this restaurant is short-handed due to the pandemic issues and that they do the very best they could do so if you had to wait a little extra or maybe you did or you didn't get an extra pickle or something let me tell you it isn't because every employee does their very best it's a very good team so think about things before you let him get to your heart.
Very awesome McDonald's, especially at night-times, the ice-cream machine works, and food has been fresh most times I've been. It's a step above most other McDonald's around the state. I try to avoid busier times, but overall, probably the quickest place to get food in town.
This is a shout out to chris and jhonny at McDonald's these guys are what customer service should be based on evertime my truck is a little bit too big for the driveway they always make sure im always helped this is the boone n.c. store 5 stars to them they deserve a raise in pay i will go back for there service
The morning cashier window is always rude. Tone of voice is everything. Manager needs to teach good customer service, needs to be upbeat and friendly. Not like, I hate my job attitude.
Person taking orders left microphone on between taking orders and you could hear him making jokes about that fact his coworker was pregnant. Then the woman at the "pay here" window yelled at me when I didn't answer her loudly enough to say "yes I had ordered an egg mcmuffin." Then at the next window a different lady kind of yelled at me when she asked if I ordered an egg mcmuffin. Not rude, but kind of unnecessarily abrupt. Then the egg mcmuffin was terrible. Ham was rubbery, yolk was a weird butter color. 10/10 would not recommend. This was at 8:45 am on 12-27-21.
Delicious low cost food. Friendly employees. Fast service. Nice parking lot right on Blowing Rock Road. I always use the app, for big discounts and Curbside Service. I always get my meal, fresh and hot, delivered very fast, and with a smile.
