Food is good, and the employees are friendly. The only problems are typically crowds, wait times, and not being able to customize the food much. The location I suppose is inconvenient because if you can’t park on campus the wait would make it too long to go and they close 2 hours after parking opens so sometimes it’s hard finding parking.
To start off the food at Mcalisters is wonderful, this location is absolutely horrible when it comes to customer service. If you place a to go order (busy or not) it will take a minimum of 15-20 minutes, also I’ve ordered at this place about 20-25 times this semester and about 10-15 of those times my sandwich was messed up, I mean all it is is chicken, bacon and cheese on bread. Management could care less about how they make their customers feel. Admittedly though when the food is right it is right!
The sandwich I ordered had non of what's on the menu.it was supposed to be in croissant.it was supposed to have honey mustard. It was just stale bread, grilled chicken and tomato bits.
Food is decent, the wait is ridiculous and seating is very limited though
The wait may be a bit long, and the seating may be a bit scarce, but the food is incredible. You may wait a while for it, but the ability to use your ASU meal plan here, makes this place all worth it!
