For the price you pay you expect high quality! I felt I didn't get that experience in taste or at the hibachi grill. Soup tasted like Campbell's chicken broth, the veggies and filet were alright, but almost artificial tasting. Lastly, my view of the grill was spoiled by the huge bottles in the way. I may be spoiled by my Hibachi Steakhouse in my hometown so take with a grain of salt.
Went back again today at lunch. It was just as wonderful as i remember. I was very thankful. We had a skilled chef and my filet mignon was wonderful. I always highly recommend it.
Very good place. Haven't been here in a couple decades, but it's still awesome. Wait time was shorter than what they said so that was good also. Food was fantastic. Service was great. Sushi was fantastic. And the fried bananas.. yes!
This was THE BEST Japanese steakhouse that me and my friend has ever eaten at. We both agreed, it was fantastic! I’ve eaten at this style restaurant from Charleston, Columbia, Rockhill and Charlotte, and lots of small places in between. This place has them all beat! Even down to the ginger dressing on their salads! The sushi was also phenomenal. I highly recommend giving them a try if you’re in the area.
Took my daughters for a birthday dinner. The waiter was amazing! We had several different sushi rolls. I will say, for the price I expected better quality and presentation. The rolls were quite messy, the rice was hanging off, the rolls were loose and very soft. The tuna in the spicy tuna roll wasn't visible to be honest.I spent 85 dollars including a ten dollar tip for ten items. I wish I could give 5 stars but I can't. Not for the food. Our waiter, again, was amazing!

I highly do NOT recommend this place. We have wanted to try this for a while and yesterday we took our 5 grandkids here. The chef did NO show at all, I did not receive my food and nobody there thought it was weird my plate was empty. I ended up sharing the hibachi chicken and rice with one of the kids and it was horrible. We will not be going back. Horrible experience.

We came in for dinner. There was a small wait but that's too be expected. We were sat, the grill was visibly dirty, on the grill and around it. While our chef was friendly, the rice was under cooked. (crunchy) The chicken had some pieces that were way over cooked and my steak was over cooked as well. We love hibachi but the 3 of us were very disappointed. We didn't even eat left overs. We ALWAYS eat left overs of hibachi.The sushi was very very good and fresh. (we came in for lunch for sushi)
Saddest Sushi experience I’ve ever had. It’s a shame, this place used to be great. Sat in the Sushi bar, never seated so we just went to the bar. Clueless bartender. Edamame came out cold. Sushi was pretty bad. Go to Cobo or Luna.
