Great service, atmosphere and not a long wait. The food was great and the smell of cinnamon buns made it even better. We opted for dessert and the cinnamon buns did not disappoint. Not sure why there is a low score. It was a great place to stop in for lunch.

Great bang for your buck. My mom got this bottle of Guinness for $2, they must’ve been having a deal that night. You get a big sandwich and a side for ~$10.

Mostly great. Sandwiches are maybe too big? Nice people but once the food was a miss. I have had a dozen 4 star meals (even 5) but also a few 3s. I'm still going after several years so that says something.

The wait was not as long as we were told so that was good. My daughter and I both enjoyed our sandwiches. I got the Barnyard with chicken, egg, and bacon on sourdough. So many great choices in sandwiches. It was hard to choose. Service was good. My daughter like the macaroni salad but I thought it was too dry. Overall, I would definitely return next time we’re in Boone.

Came in for a late lunch and despite being slow to get us seated due to lack of staffing (which all places in Boone are dealing with) everyone working was very nice. Our waitress was pleasant, took care of us and came to check in at least twice during our meal. The food was very good , happy to see that the chefs working are still doing quality control. It has been a issue at other places in Boone as of late. My husband's burger was cooked perfectly and my wrap was sauced just right . We were a little sad that they didn't have any cinnamon rolls with frosting on them, which is what they are really known for. However that was more on us not getting there early.

This place is a great place for after-parties, you can hang out with your friends. It's a very cool atmosphere, the place definitely has a legacy. The staff was incredibly nice, especially when our party of about 15 people wanted to keep up our tradition of having a cast party at Macado's after our last musical performance. They let us stay later than their closing time just for us that one night.

This was a good restaurant. Took my granddaughter who is going to App State. Good sandwiches for lunch. I had pastrami and it was OK. (I am a pastrami guru). Wife had the Philly steak and granddaughter had the French dip. Lot's of food and good bread.

One bartender on St. Patty’s Day. ?‍♂️. And he was rude. Sat at bar for 20 minutes and never had our space cleared nor was able to order anything. I had reservations about coming to a place with such a bad reputation here in town and that was confirmed. Will never go back.

We had a great lunch and enough food to bring home and eat for dinner. The atmosphere was great. We love The Rolling Stones!!

The host was taking a list of names for seating but instead of using the list and seating people in order of check-in, he chose to seat the people who were standing closest to the dining area. When we asked the host to seat people based on the order of check-in he got visibly irritated. He then apologized to the people standing closest to the dining area for having to seat the people who were waiting longest first. Our waitress was super friendly and attentive however, and the burgers were great.
