My pizza order was wrong, when I called Little Caesar’s they told me I needed to complain to Door Dash! I would have never guessed Door Dash was responsible for the making pizza as well as delivery. Who knew delivery also included making the food and then delivering the food? Little Caesars you dropped the ball on this one. Disappointed in you
While normally very good and reliable, the last few visits have been very disappointing. My last visit had me wait at the counter for more than 10 minutes before a employee even said hello. Then I was greated with it will be over 45 minutes for any new orders. What I wanted was in the "Hot and Ready" box, but when the employee turned around and walked away without offering it, so I also walked away.
The lady at the front desk with the short dark hair was very rude and unprofessional. The customer service of when approaching guests and customers is very rude so she should really learn customer service when it comes to business goals and striving for excellence.
As far as Little Cesar’s goes, this location has phenomenal customers service. In particular, one employee that stood out to me was Jacob. We arrived slightly late to pick up our order and he was incredible understanding about the situation. He are sure we had all of our food and did with a warm smile on his face. I’ve never encountered a little Cesar’s situation such as this. He made this chain restaurant feel like a family owned business with his generosity. Definitely would support this location again!
Easy to grab a dinner for kids that everyone loves on a busy night. Affordable and friendly workers. Recommended.
Can't say good enough things about the staff here. They messed up my order and had to remake it and after doing so, the person who was responsible apologized to me and was extremely kindhearted. The pizza was absolutely delicious as always. Props to the team. ?

A breath of fresh air! After visiting many restaurants in the area and being disgusted by the workers, this place is by far highly recommended by myself. First of all my coworkers and I was greeted by Justin who was very polite and professional. His appearance was very well groomed and the way one would want to see someone who is handling their food. The other workers was very professional and polite as well. The pizza was great too! What more could you ask for? We will definitely come back again!
Ordered a pizza tonight (I don't eat out often anymore because of Covid) and not one but two employees were not wearing masks. One was cutting and making pizzas and the other was on the phone. Very disappointed. Walked out and picked up a frozen pizza to make at home from Walmart.
