I’ve never had a less than stellar experience here. The staff and patrons are all so friendly! The staff always show so much gratitude when you order, which you rarely experience anywhere anymore. Kovu is a breath of fresh air!
Kovu's coffee is by far the most inviting place in town. As soon as you walk in, you're welcomed by the smell of freshly brewed coffee and warm croissants. There are always smiles being shared and laughs being had. If you're unsure what to order, the regulars are sure to recommend their favorites or the barista behind the counter will accept your challenge and make you something deliciously unique. Their coffee is locally sourced, flavorful, and always made with love. With plenty of seating, there are spots perfect for reading, writing, studying, or just for nice conversation. Definitely the best coffee shop in Boone!
I've been visiting here for several months now. There are great items on all the seasonal menus and the classics are great too. Bakery selection is yummy. Atmosphere is very cozy with the music and sitting area. They are happy to whip up a coffee just for you, so don't hesitate to give this place a try! It's worth the stop!

This place is new to Boone but it is a sweet little coffee shop. The owners we so kind and were truly thankful for our patronage. The coffee was amazing and absolutely comparable to big name brand coffee shops. They also sell pastries. Great location with easy access. Will definitely make this a go to coffee spot when I'm in Boone.
Local, friendly, delicious coffee, and a bonus of seeing (and potentially bringing) DOGS!!! Loved my brief stop in and will definitely be going back next time I'm in town!
This place has great coffee and a great atmosphere... although it is small, there are plenty of places to sit and do homework. They also have a small closed-off room to rent out for $5 and it's similar to a study room. It's awesome!! I recommend coming here!

This is the best coffee shop around. Literally the best atmosphere, best service, and AMAZING lattes and seasonal drinks!! You have to stop by here totally worth it.
