spend 40 dollars on food to get rock hard biscuits. be nice if anyone cared about quality
Ordered an 8 pc.chicken dinner and to my suprise it was 29.00 and some change. Got 1 tea and 1 water. We started eating and found there was not enough gravy to cover the potatoes. So I went up to the counter to get some extra gravy hoping they would give me some. They charged 2.55 for another cup of gravy that was not half full. I told the guy it was a rip-of and his reply was "I agree" For 32.00 I could have went to a good restaurant and got waited on. Last time at KFC. The colonel would be ashamed!!!

The chicken is OK but the place was renovated recently and it's very clean and nice
Great food and very outgoing staff, I've had a few issues in the past regarding the chicken, but it's pretty good. Fairly pricey, modern designed restaurant, and mostly what you'd expect from a KFC.
I came here today (12/17) at 12:20PM and ordered the 5 piece box with 2 sides. Everything I received looked like and tasted like it had been out for 30 minutes. Mac and Cheese was half cold, and you could tell from the appearance. Fries seemed to have been cooked an hour ago and then kept warm. I spent over $10 and wasted about half of the food because it was old.
Food order was incorrect at drive thru upon parking & going inside lady that took order was rude never acknowledging me or apologizing for the mistake heard me voice complaint walked directly in front of me...nothing. As I didn't exist finally a gentleman from back addressed my order & corrected it. Would not recommend night drive thru.
I picked up an order this evening. The service was excellent, and the food was delicious!
Most of the time we get good service at KFC,but not today. The biscuit so hard it would not break if thrown. I got two piece meal and I could not find any meat on the wing. Therefore I should have ordered the $5.99 meal.The person at window had no personality and did not give us a receipt.
Food was good but sad they don't recognize veterans it's not the discount but the fact of thanking veterans for their service to this great country!
