While food is OK (would not recommend to friends or family), SERVICE is like “go away, we were having a good time.” Ordered 2 sandwiches at the drive thru. These are very long and we wanted to half them, but no knife in the sack. Walked over to the same window and requested a knife (I assumed disposable) but the the 3 dudes there looked at me like I was from Mars. I told them I wanted to cut the sandwiches. No offer to cut them for me as they were focused on something other the best customer service they could provide. Too many fish in the sea to go back.
Can I start this of by saying Thomas handled the whole store like a BOSS! He handled taking orders making sandwiches (sandwich was made to perfection even with my modifications) payment gathered all the extra items I asked for customer service was phenomenal thank you if you! (He had a VERY LONG LINE that appeared very quickly) Thomas if you see this Thank you you without a doubt handled the situation very calmly and proficiently NOT once did I see you get flustered or panic... Upper management I hope you recognize this very very special gem of a young man and reward promote whatever but he most definitely deserves to be recognized someway some how100% very satisfied customer will be back when in the area between patients!
I like the food here, but I really don’t feel like this is a place I’d eat at a lot; prices are pretty high and isn’t all I’d expected it to be. It really doesn’t seem like an upgrade in comparison to other sandwich places.

I personally love Jimmy John's that whole campaign about freaky fast it's absolutely the truth when you order your sandwich at the speaker by the time that you get it driven around the other side of the building to the window to pay it's already ready. In my opinion they make really good sandwiches there and I like the bread too sometimes it seems like 8 bucks is kind of steep for a ham sandwich but when you're on the go what the heck highly recommend good service
The only place I'll go in Boone for a sub! The subs are amazing, the staff are friendly & the service is fast! I love me some Jimmy John's!

Jimmy John's is a favorite of mine in any state. Great food & excellent customer service at the restaurant in Boone. They were very patient with how particular I can be, and very friendly. I highly recommend this location.
Without a doubt the worst sub shop in town. Food over priced and everytime I go here they charge me $5 more than it says on the menu. 0/10 recommend.
