Delicious. Crisp at the edges, soft in the middle. They have a great selection of flavors.
We ordered right before closing time and they were out a couple options we wanted. Ordered 6 cookies and one bottle of milk. When Ethan showed up with our ordered he surprised us with an assortment of 12 cookies and two bottles of milk since they were out of what we wanted and took a while to deliver. So sweet and thoughtful and the cookies were deelish! Especially the snickerdoodle!
Friendly service but they could definitely provide more vegan friendly options.

Omg I loveee this place. Every cookie I've ever tried has been so good. Lately, I've stuck with old-fashioned chocolate chip though ? I loveeee Insomnia. I've actually driven an hour and a half just to go there before ? ..so put one in Hickory NC!!!!!
Best cookies I've ever eaten. Double chocolate chunk and oatmeal are especially great. Just outstanding. Nice selection of flavors, too. They also deliver and ship.
Not a fan! The staff is rude and condescending. Somehow it was our problem that we didn't already know what was out of stock without asking. No signs to tell you, you just had to ask, and with exasperated eyerolls we were led to buy the bare minumum of what they had left hours before closing as though we were the jerks for having come in to order something. Sorry, won't make that mistake again, and we've lived here for twenty years year round. My stepdaughter and I were on our way back from a long drive from South Carolina, and we really wanted a dessert. But, we were asking ourselves where could we get some sweets so late on a Sunday? Insomnia Cookies, of course.I have to be honest, it was great being able to buy warm, delicious cookies at that time of night, and they were soooooo good. Not that expensive, just 2 dollars per cookie which isn't bad but it might feel like it if you're on a budget.However, when we were waited on, it felt like we were being rushed. We'd never been there before, and that didn't seem to matter. Whoever the girl was behind the counter seemed very adamant that we hurry up, order our cookies and leave as quickly as possible. We were the only customers. I try to be understanding, so it wasn't that big of a deal, but I doubt I'll be doing business here anymore if the staff is that standoffish again.
The three employees were very hostile. I walked in and forgot my mask. But none of the employees had one on. I get it there is a mask mandate I went and got my mask. Never was rude. Still bought cookies, which the cookies were definitely great. I’d give them a 7.7 which is a solid cookie. But to the three employees working at this store. They are a liability to this store. They are rude and honestly if they talked to someone that way as a server they would not receive a tip. It’s unfortunate these three kids do not understand customer service and need a lesson in sales and respect. If it were my store after reading reviews I would fire them.But the cookies. Lemme tell you this business has the recipe figured out. Cookies were excellent
