This used to be a great place to eat in Boone, but now the food is very bland. The service was so-so and from the kitchen we could hear some very loud rap music that had really bad language. I'm glad our grand kids were not with us. Very un-classy.
Got meat temperature switched between orderers but food was excellent as usual! Owner recognized and spoke which is a plus.

Love this place and been going here since I was a kid. By far my favorite Japanese but I really wish they hadn’t changed the menu to either soup or salad. For years they included soup and salad with the meal and now you have to pick one which sucks cause I love both so much. They have the best soup out of any Japanese place I’ve been to. I hope they change this back.
I love it here, very good setting and me and my friends go here often, the prices are low, the food is good, staff awesome, and you often end up with leftover food after finishing. I would recommend going here if you're looking to hang-out or get some good food.
Our waiter was a great young man! And the chicken was so juicy! We will definitely eat here for a good cheap meal!

Enjoyed the food. The service was very good and the dinner for two was priced around $ 20. The facility was neat and clean. We will definitely be coming back.
Don't order scallops. Good but very small portion of scallops cut into quarters, not worth $11. So disappointed, I'm usually happy with the shrimp.
