Wonderful spot for tea or coffee. I got some herbal tea to drink while I finished up some work for the week. The wifi worked well and the atmosphere was very pleasant. Highly recommend!
My favorite coffee shop in Boone, though the quality of drinks can be kind of inconsistent depending on the barista working. In general though, this local place is pretty darn good.
Aesthetically pleasing, quite cozy. Great menu. Surprisingly comfortable despite the New Market shopping center feeling a bit gross. Consider it a caffeine filled haven amidst an area that needs a bit of local love.
Asked for a flavored late and the drink had no flavor. None at all. It could be a simple mistake, but if you’re going to offer higher priced coffee with flavor please be sure to distribute. I’ve been disappointed a few times and this didn’t happen last year.
Been going to this coffee shop since I came to Boone. Best fraps in town, huge coffee bean selection. Baristas are always so welcoming, kind, and accommodating. Tip them well, folks :)
Hands down my favorite shop for coffee and I don't even truly drink it! I always go for the Vanilla Bean Frappe. Incredible! Fabulous! It's like dessert but a thousand if not million times better! Yes! I'm not exaggerating! Mmmm... In fact, I must now venture off for more thinking of it. Gorgeous atmosphere baby the way and always super-friendly service!!! Thank-you Higher Grounds for being the best!
This is my favorite coffee shop in boone. Super comfy atmosphere inside, great place to meet with friends or do your work. They use real chai in the chai tea latte.... so good
Very nice locally owned coffee shop great selection great coffee drinks great prices very nice warm homey atmosphere a lot of people in there on the internet on their laptops I'm guessing they have Wi-Fi just got to go to all cafe away but sometimes it's the simple thing it was awfully nicely done and picked up some espresso coffee beans while I was in there not my first time and won't be in my last highly recommend
Always perfect service and the frappe's are amazing! Cute little coffee shop and I love the overall feel of it while inside.
Good enough coffee, nice outdoor seating. Sometimes the staff can have an attitude, otherwise 5 star.
