Lavender nitro cold brew was super good, it is pretty sweet though so make sure that’s what you want. ????

When we learned the DELISH coffee served on campus was Hatchet, we made a stop on our way out of town after App orientation. WOW! The nitro vanilla coffee was amazing. The coffee is smooth and the atmosphere is perfect.
This was a cute place to have coffee in the morning on our way through town. They had a somewhat Seattle feel to their decorations and vibe. I did like all the different trinkets they sold including film and eco friendly accessories. They even had some cool swag to buy!
Wow from the first step in I was sold! Cool vibes, neat accessories earrings, local honey, tees, candles, ect… on either side of the waiting line area. The cashier had a beautiful welcoming smile ? and greeted us as we made it to the counter. We ordered the Chai coffee cake, Avocado toast and a honey cinnamon Latte. It was all amazing!! I haven’t have an Avocado ? toast that good since living in Japan! The bread was local artisans, thick slices with sprouts, maybe hummus it was truly amazing! The Coffee was also very good! And the cake was also delicious! The Avocado toast was so appetizing I forgot to take a picture. So we ordered the full order thats two slices.There are picnic tables scattered around the parking lot, we sat behind the shop maybe the staff table but it was nice!! Delicious drinks and very friendly staff. I got the warm hug latte and my partner the indigo smoothie. Yum!
This is definitely off the beaten path, but certainly glad we found it. The atmosphere is bright and open with plenty of seating. The iced mocha was delicious (my go-to for new places). The music was not your typical coffee shop music, but kind of fits the place. Still definitely be back the next time we are in Boone.

Their customer service is outstanding and the process they use for getting orders out quickly is incredible. And of course, the reason why we order, the coffee is absolutely delicious. What more could you ask for, except to live closer to the store! Thank you Hatchet Coffee.
