Fast food? What a joke! There is absolutely nothing fast about this location and forget about going inside. Their lobby is hardly ever open. They say it's due to being understaffed. If you are that understaffed maybe you should pay more so people will want to work there. This is by far the worst Hardees I have ever been to. You would be better off just getting a biscuit from the gas station across the street.
Shout out to the staff and manager at this location on Saturday, May 28th! We had car problems and had no way to go through the drive thru. We were so hungry and I walked right up to the window, spoke the manager and she took the order and let me pay and even apologized for the wait (I don’t think it was more than 10 minutes). Thank you to them and I hope corporate knows how good this staff is.
When someone orders no cheese due to a slight allergy dont scrape cheese off the bun them serve it.
Food is delicious, for fast food. Sometimes the drive thru is slow, compared to other fast food. Often the quality is a bit better though.

The wait was a little long but they always got our order right an loved their fries, but they have closed down now they have a sign out that says closed due to staffing problem's, with the government handing out big cheeks no one wants to work. For the ones that don't get the cheeks it would be nice to get a quick meal when we are tired . Sorry they had to close
Staff are helpful and the food is very delicious!
They need more workers. Very understaffed. I was the only truck in line and they made me pull around to the front. Waited 10 min for my food and the heavy set guy that brought out my food looked very dirty and grungy, and was very unfriendly. Didn't even say you're welcome or have a good day. Good food but very rude staff.
