Haven’t eaten here in a while, but we were very disappointed at today’s visit. Lots of contributing factors : the prices, the music, the cleanliness. Employees were friendly though.Prices: husband ordered least expensive hamburger, fries and a drink. Total bill was $20! He’s the only one that ordered. Boone is a college town, and it’s astounding to think they could pay $20/ ea for lunch.Music- yes we are older folks, but the music was quite loud and not appealing to all audiences. We were the only ones in there at the time.Restaurant itself sadly was pretty untidy. Maybe due to lack of employees?Options for vegetarians: Veggies on a bun (no patty), Cheese sandwich, fries, and the peanuts.There’s no way we could bring our family of six here for under $100.
Food was quick and so good. Five Guys in FL don't do it right anymore. This one took me back to the first days of Five Guys. Well done boys. Well done.
Had just had some day surgery and ate at Five Guys where we had a clean table, did not have to wait long and excellent food.
The food: spectacular. The service: decent. The atmosphere: perfect. My experience at Five Guys was good until I had devestating realization. There I was enjoying my food when I noticed something disturbing. In the kitchen there were only four guys.
the food is ok. I like that you can custom make your order. Don't like that a lot of the time, the burger is sloppy. I don't like sloppy burgers. But the food is good. Not my favorite, but its decent. I mainly go there to order an Oreo milkshake and love those with a 5 star passion
As a person with Celiac's, I really appreciate that I can get a gluten free lunch there and feel safe. They label the order as an allergy order and the staff changes gloves. It's nice to have peace of mind that I can trust them.
Great food and service. Friendly smiling employees even though they were slammed at the time of my visit. That's not something you see much anymore.

On my most recent visit, my better half suffered a cardiac episode and had to be taken out of the restaurant on a stretcher. Far from being unhappy about all the commotion, the staff could not have been nicer. In particular, one young man, whose name I unfortunately don't remember (as you can imagine, I was a bit flustered), was a total sweetheart -- he prayed with me and refunded our uneaten lunches and offered directions to the hospital. Such a nice guy! So, in summary -- great fast-food place. I look forward to returning!
