Quite good the food was very flavorful and the service was very fast almost too fast. I was recommended the steak ranchero (13.99) was very good my brother had the dos amigos(9.99 I think) now that was delicious the cheese was very tasty and the beef was ultra tender, big portions, the only problem we had was that most of the staff didn't know any English, and I can understand that it is a Mexican restaurant with Spanish speaking employees. But all in all quite good, our totals came out to around $47 for three and about $30 for my brother and his wife, would consider a return if I'm in the area. But if your local it is definitely a place you should tryP.s. their sanitation rating is not an 80 anymore it is now a 90!
The food was delicious!! The waiter was very courteous and well-mannered! However, he didn't know much English language so it hindered the ordering process.
We were in Boone for one night and when we asked the front desk at our hotel about Mexican food they recommended Dos Amigos. The food was great and the prices and service was great.
Excellent staff. Affordable pricing. Cuisines that use fresh vegetables, cheese that is crumbly, and meats that are grilled. DO ask for corn tortillas as most the dishes use flour.

Usually I love TexMex food with Vegetarian option. I never had Fajita so, I tried it. Wow. What a tasty dish it is. Serving staff is great. Manager greet us with great smile and hi. I am very sure this place is very vibrant among local Boone and surrounding area.
The food was really good, and affordable. Service was quick. They brought our multiple types of salsa for the chips. I had the Texas Fajitas, and they were perfect.
Our favorite Mexican restaurant in the area. Great food, well presented. Fast, friendly service. They accommodate my numerous food allergies. It's very popular so sometimes there's a bit of a wait, but it's definitely worth the wait

This is my favorite restaurant in Boone. No more. Sanitation grade is 80 in December of 2021. This is unacceptable. No mas dos amigos until they get their score up. 80 is terrible.
