Ordered a thin with no cheese cause that’s the only one that my daughter can have due to food allergies and added pineapple. My husband got back to our cabin 20 min away and it’s burn and there’s no pineapple. I called and they said they could replace it or credit a free pizza. Only problem is to get another one would be another 40 minutes minimum due to driving there and back. And the credit is useless cause we are only here on vacation and won’t be back to use it at the specific store. Kinda bummed but oh well.
Dominos has joined the ranks of disconnected and elitist corporations. Today was the 6th time in a row, that I have ordered for delivery, and it changes it to carry out. I have called the store, called corporate, sent them the information, and it remains unchanged. Sad, because I typically order between $2000 and $4000 pizzas a year, tip between $10-20 dollars per order, and am only a half mile drive from the Dominos Restaurant. The store doesn't care because they don't make those decisions or fix problems, they just flip doe.Corporate never responds to anything. This is the last time I order from Dominos, because they will not listen. They fail to realize that they, and 50-60 other businesses, including banks, have added such a burden of time and paperwork to peoples lives because they are let off the hook from actually serving you by the internet, they have become inhuman....just a part of the elitist billionaire IT machine to prevent human contact, service, love, help, and relationship. Another arrogant mindless disconnect. Good job!!!!!
After stopping in to pick up a pizza in person. I take back my earlier review, they get flooded with orders. The fact it shows up late, or sometimes slightly undercooked is tolerable given the hell they go through most nights in a college town.
Absolutely outraged!! My family and I placed an online order with domino’s at our house. We went though the steps that was asked, including putting our credit card information.Once we went to pickup our pizza’s , our names were names weren’t on the board. We explained to the gentleman at the register what the situation was and he had the audacity to say that since he “didn’t know our password and username” that he couldn’t help us.As we went to look up our order on the APP, it crashed before us.Well we left hungry and angry , we made our to Wendy’s. “Eat local!”, yah not at this place I’m not!
The most dirty and disrespectful place ever, Management team are so Low performance and very disrespectful. I will never Supprt them nasty business .
Worst dominos I’ve ordered from. Food has no flavor, and ingredients are not fresh. Delivery’s take hours but that’s fine when ripping off college students I guess.Go to little ceasers instead same quality a quarter of the price.
Manager talking trash to everybody. Very rude and unprofessional, seems that he cant control his anger during busy times or either is capable to handle the operation of the store under pressure. I feel sorry for the other guys who work there.
I like eating here on the occasion, the staff are very friendly, but sometimes I get a bit too much sauce on my pizza. Definitely order ahead if you plan on going here.
quick delivery, delicious pizza. main complaint is that delivery charges go to the business and not the driver. why does a business need to charge more for delivery when the only person working harder is the driver? tip ur drivers, friends.
Always finishes food but is never on the way for atleast 30min to an hour, it’s just old by the time you get it. DONT TAKE ORDERS IF YOU DONT HAVE DRIVERS. This dominoes used to be amazing, USED TO BE, I thought it was just a fluke at first but now there seems to be a problem with every order
