Contacted this business multiple times about some simple cupcakes for my child’s birthday. Did not ever get an email, or a call back. Not a good look.
Cupcrazed has become a monthly indulgence for me (and sometimes more often, if I'm being honest). The store is beautifully decorated and so are the baked goods! I've sampled most of the menu now (cupcakes, cookies, brownies, cake pops, and parfaits) and have been pleased with everything I've tried. My favorite is the Dream Cheese cupcake and their MASSIVE cake pops.My future mother in law has to follow a strict gluten & dairy free diet due to a health condition. This is one of the few bakeries that she can order off the menu and not have to bake at home. They always have something gluten and dairy free available.The owner is an absolute delight to work with. I recently placed a special order and she personally reached out to facilitate the order. That was a nice surprise!I've had such good experiences with Cupcrazed over the last few months since moving to Boone and I'm so excited to utilize them for our wedding later this year!
This place Is amazing. The cupcakes and frappe are to die for. I checked around to look for some nicer quality cupcakes than grocery stores in boone have and this was the cheaper option and I was not disappointed. Friendly service and a nice environment.
We had my daughter’s 7th birthday here. It was a wonderful venue and amazing experience. The staff had set everything up for us. They had fixed it where the kids could decorate there own cupcakes, which was a big hit! Everyone was super kind and friendly. And all the sweet treats were absolutely delicious!
We ordered my granddaughter's birthday cake and had a mixed-up and received the wrong cake. Wendy, the owner, made every effort to fix the problem and find out why the mistake occurred. I was very satisfied with how determined she was to make it right for us. We are from Florida so repeat business was not her motive. She seemed determined to make every customer satisfied with her service.
The cake was dry and the icing was way over powering, each level of the 3 tiered cake was burnt.
I was totally skeptical, but why the hell not try? I’ve spent $30 on worse things that’s for sure.These cupcakes are really freaking delicious. No like seriously, well done guys. I’m just gonna go ahead and lock in my spot in for fat camp this summer.
These cupcakes are the yummiest!!!! Always new flavors and we love the cookie kits for the twins. We ordered a cake last minute for a birthday and it was delicious and beautiful. So awesome to visit ASU during graduation and find some familiar faces from the other store and the same offerings as the other one. Not sure if it was the manager or owner I recognized that helped with my order in fort mill.

The idea of this being a local spot is nice but staff need to consider improving their customer service. Because of the phone encounter I had with a staff member "Wendy " I believe, her sarcastic tone and stuck up response to a question I had deterred me on becoming a customer and I will not be visiting. If my business is so bothersome and a hassle I'll take myself elsewhere where they will be pleased I chose to shop there.
