Why is it that my order is always always wrong. Don’t get me wrong the food‘s great but we’re always having to pick the cheese off or the pickles.I mean it’s always wrong no matter what location we go to. Plus, they can’t ever understand you they speak so quickly and you have to repeat your order three or four times and they still get it wrong.If the food wasn’t so damn good I wouldn’t go back but their food is good. It’s just wrong all the time
A turnover rate that would make a jet engine jealous. I wouldn't recommend anyone eat here or trust the handling of food safety here. Pay your employees more and clean your space please.
Cook Out is always amazing. The drive thru staff are extremely friendly. Has the double lines, I didn't notice indoor seating. It's in a college town, so the portions tend to be a little bigger. Killer milkshakes.
We love the cookout in Boone and Wilkesboro. The BBQ tray is the best with slaw plus cookout fries, hush puppies and a LG drink or huge tea. All for $7.00. I did get a zip tie in my chicken wrap a year or so ago. They fixed it and gave me another one but not good when you bite into something like that.
I genuinely don’t understand the positive reviews. Been coming to this location for years, and they’ve been garbage for years. Rude incompetent children staff, slowest drive thru in boone(no idea what these reviews saying they’re fast are talking about) and they normally get your order wrong. Late night with no other options I always think “this time it’ll be worth it,” and it’s always a complete waste of money. You’d hVe better luck at Caesar’s slot machines.
Drive through cashier was rude,impatient and not helpful. Absolutely worst experience I have had going to a cook-out. Food was cold and not all items were put in tray.
Slaw in aluminum foil not in styofoam cups? Of course, no fork. Quality is going down hill at most locations. Has been for years.
Great service always jam packed tho, but very understandable. Very good food, will always recommend
This is a great place. The ordering process takes a bit of learning, but we'll worth the education. The staff were friendly. The food was amazing... 10/10. Definitely will visit again.
