Just beware if you're vegetarian. My husband is and gets the sofaoritas, and normally it has a piece or two of chicken mixed in it. But tonight it seemed half chicken, half tofu and pieces of steak mixed in. I tried calling and it doesn't let you speak to anyone at the restaurant, and online you have to have your receipt which I didn't have at the moment. I also wasn't going to drag my one year old back out after dinner for them to tell me sorry and move on. Just a heads up.
I’ve been going to this Chipotle since it first opened and I can say the service this past year has been subpar. They’re open until 10pm but at 9 they begin cleaning and they treat anyone who comes in this hour period as a burden when it’s literally their business hours. They also run out of items and won’t replace them because, like I said, they spend this hour cleaning. If they’re going to act this way then close an hour early. Their emotions are contagious and it’s helping no one. Other than this the food is good but again it’s a chain and I would think the same for every Chipotle.
Way too disorganized, in the middle of a rush( im saying mote thank 15 people on line) they decided to stop for 15 min to do online orders, that shows the mess plus, one of the employees decided to go on break while all the tables were dirty and on a rush pls get new personal on this chipotle, i love chipotle but this location is definitely the worst one i been to.
Just attempted to go in and place an order with cash. We were told it was online orders only. When we were trying to clarify whether or not we could pay in cash with an online order, a girl worker was very rude when we were just asking a question. We will no longer be coming to this chipotle.
Great burritos, I've mainly gotten burritos from Chipotle and the staff are often pretty good. The portions are mega large, guaranteed to fill you up when you're extra hungry or haven't eaten a lot in a day. Be prepared to spend around $6-12 if you're going to eat here though.
First time going here and it was amazing! I'm not real big on beans in my burritos but there were plenty of options that completely filled my tortilla. The medium salsa had a good heat and flavor to match. Overall I can 100% recommend this place. We went in early afternoon and pretty much had the place to ourselves. It was clean and employees were actively cleaning the work and customer spaces. The girl that made our orders was very friendly. My only gripe is that it was a little hard to hear her through the mask.
Unfortunately the staff has gone down hill. I have offered so many times while rushing at work etc. It's always cold, even right there handed to you after being made. I've had hair in it. Chicken you can't even chew. I truly hope they get someone in there to fix it back to good old Chipotle!!
If you like and enjoy being talked to in a unprofessional manner for walking in the door without a mask on then this is your place. Holding the door for another patron was more important than rushing to put a mask on as decently has seemed to of been lost here.
Good food and everything but the prices keep going up and they never give silverware on online orders so whenever I do delivery I never get a fork or straw or anything
