Aweful experience. We love chili's, just not this location in Boone. It was very dirty. Floors in bathroom were black in corners like hhey had never been moped. The light switches and mirrors on walls looked like they had not been cleaned for months with fingerprints all on them. The toilet paper stored under sink on the floor. The food was not the right texture kinda chewy in the fajitas and the grilled tenders. The queso snd chips horrible. Just alot money for not a good experience. We will definitely never eat at this location again. We were thirtsy the whole time . Coulndt keep our cups refilled. Would give this a zero for this experience!!
Ate at the one in Boone N.C. I would give it no stars but not a choice here. No silverware..appetizer chewey and cold.ribs were ALL fat and gristle cold slaw was HOT. water was good. $35.00 highway robbery.awful terrible no crowd before during or after I arrived.done with ALL Chili's in the future.
We we to the Mountains for some R&R!! Needless to say we definitely got it. As a Travel Agent I always venture out and try new places so that I can tell my clients all about it, this Chili's was by far one of the best. Great service, food and atmosphere!! You would want to stop by you won't regret it!!
Great place to eat, the food was fresh and amazing. Staff were awesome and friendly and food came quickly! I would definitely reccomend this place with or without friends. Definitely one of my top picks to visit again. I can't stress how good the service and food were enough.
So, we come in. Say we have a table for 3. The “host” said a wait of 10-15 minutes. We were ahead of 4 parties and each one of them were seated before us. We waited almost 20 minutes and she didn’t even put us on the list!!! After 14 more minutes, I asked how much longer it was going to be. She said there were 4 parties ahead of us and we are 14 minutes into a 30 minute wait!!!!! I don’t know if I’m going to wait or not. Will update if we do decide to wait. This is ridiculous.
Was a major let down. Did an online order and when we got there at the expected time still had to wait an additional 35 minutes for part of food, so the first half got cold. The building was .. well let's put it this way you walk in and your shoes were sticky to the floor so.... if I did not ask I would have not had my complete meal nor had any "togo" silverware. Will not be going back... and that is a shame. I like ?....
Only 1 Waitress that we could see but several food runners tgat identified themselves. Waitress stayed they were short staffed. Food order was not correct and 2 orders were sent back. They didn't come back until everyone else in our party finished eating. Drinks stayed empty. When we asked food runners for refills they would rl their eyes and walk away. The drinks were not refilled. When I went to rest room - food runners were just standing around in big circle in kitchen doing nothing while the waitress was taking orders, delivering drinks, refilling drinks, etc for entire dining room. Ticket when given to us was wrong. Had 2 extra entrees on it. Manager didn't even ask what was wrong and which were not supposed to be on there - he just comped entire ticket. That was not my intention but it was appreciated. There are some obvious issues with managing people at the restaraunt. Food was only ok.
We like Chili's but this location is awful. Very dirty dining room. Extremely slow service. Food wasn't good. Items didn't taste like they usually do. Steak wasn't cooked as ordered. Wait staff was over at a table just hanging out, goofing around while we were there. They weren't busy, but it took us almost 2 hours.
Don't bother! Place was dirty, food was mediocre and the price was too high. I understand that everywhere is short staffed but there are WAY better places in Boone to eat. Just keep using their parking lot as a short cut to Walmart and you'll be A ok!
Came here to eat on a vacation only like 12 ppl in the whole place and got told hour wait really????? Said they was under staff well whoever owns this needs to sell and learn how to run a restaurant cause this is embarrassing I was always a big fan of this place but it’s a joke!!
