Food here is good, hot and consistent. Service is always polite and eager to serve customers.The Dining room is clean.They have 2 Problems however!The first and Absolutely most obvious and consistently frustrating is thier Drive thru line up / access /parking. Customers who want to dine in have to sit and wait in the long line (essentially the drive thru line) in order to get access to the parking lot to dine in. It took 24min just to get to the buildings parking lot once I pulled off blowing rock rd. This needs to be fixed.2nd problem is the dining rooms temp is freezing. It's very cold in there.

Most incapable Chick-fil-A I've been to. I have been disappointed so many times, I don't know why I keep going back. Today, for example, I had to wait at least 10 minutes for my food after I waited at least 10 minutes to order. Then, my order was incomplete. I was missing a salad. They had to ring it up and start a new order, and I had to wait 10 more minutes for a salad. So, by the time I got home, I had cold sandwiches (which were not spicy even though that's what I ordered) and cold fries (which were just dumped upside down in the bag). Not to mention that the sunjoys were really just lemonade. There wasn't much tea if any in it.
To expensive for no more food than what you get. The service was not to good. Hardly no smiles. Went up to get drink refills. Girl was filling up drink for one customer and when I walked up to get one she saw me there and turned around and walked off. I had to wait in line to get mine.
Great service as always from CFA, but I’m taking a star because they never give sauces unless you ask for them at the window. Even if they’re included in your mobile order, they never give them.
My favorite fast-food restaurant is Chik-Fil-A, but this is one of the worst. Went there for lunch today and found they no longer have side salads. And, the chicken sandwich was about half the thickness served in other restaurants in the chain and it was overdone. If you want the chicken strips, they serve only the spicy variety, unlike most other Chik-Fil-As. Before the pandemic, this place was equal to the quality we expect of this chain, but not now. They now concentrate on the high volume drive-thru customers and have forgotten the quality aspect of the business.
Sat in line for 13 minutes before the kid took my order. Order two sandwiches with American cheese added he was too distracted by other guests entering to acknowledge me and waited 5 minutes to ask my order again. Also I’m allergic to lettuce and there was lettuce in my sandwich( which I did not ask for) do not recommend going here when visiting Boone, if I wanted to experience this I’d go to McDonald’s. Visiting prior the two lady managers in the front with blonde have made me very uncomfortable as they rolled their eyes at me. Not professional and not what I expect from a chick fil a.

I visited on a Wednesday at 1045 AM. The dining area is attractive, roomy and pleasant. Everything, including the restrooms are very clean. I noticed the kitchen staff, in the back, happily laughing with one another as they worked. Clearly under good management!

The employees were exceptionally nice. I know it's a Chick-fil-A, and that behavior is to be expected, but these people were exceptionally nice. The person serving our table struck up a conversation with us. At were the only family in the restaurant, which was nice. The employee even gave us a recommendation for a spot to go see Christmas light displays- the nascar race track(we took her to on it and it read but a good experience, LOTS of driving extremely slow, sitting in the car for 5+ hours with no shortcut out, it's like traffic you volunteer to drive in lmao- but not her fault). I highly recommend the atmosphere at this Chick-fil-A, especially if you go in the evening.
