Closed. Business no longer in service.Weeks ago, had a fabulous meal here and yesterday came to dine again only to find the building boarded up.Boarded up in a way that appeared more ‘closed permanently’ than ‘closed for renovation’No sign, no notification, no idea of closed or relocated.

More of a dive bar than a cafe. The photo of the outdoor seating area doesn't really show that it's in next to a parking lot in the middle of downtown Boone. This is a more accurate picture of the vibe. The jalapeno poppers were completely burnt, but to their credit they took them back and didn't charge for them.

It looks like a bar. And it has a good one. In addition it has amazing food! You can go have a great bar experience or a great restaurant experience. Same place. We had sit down dinner with wine. Great choices for both. Had a nice bottle of Chianti and delicious Spiced Sirloin. Long time Boone place for many good reasons. Go get some!

My daughter is 21. She goes to a bar and is let in by the bouncer. Another bouncer later asks to see her ID again. She gives it to them. He says it’s a fake and confiscates it. Detains her and calls the police. He asks her for other forms of IDs which she only has her ID, debit and credit cards on her. She’s upset over this and he then says well show me your social media. This is odd to her and she calls me. I’m livid Police validate the ID and the bouncer with an attitude apologizes and gives her a free drink. They illegally detained her, stole her property, made false accusations with no reasonable suspicion, harassed her, AND CALLED THE POLICE ON HER. Embarrassing her in a public setting. Then demanded to see her personal social media content as if it’s an acceptable form of ID over an actual state issued ID Ridiculous I’m trying to convince her to contact a lawyer. They, the bouncer, should have the police called on them and let alone fired. I’m so glad they called the police so this can be documented and tracked. I’ll be exhausting all my resources on this one. This man is out of control and needs terminated. This is inexcusable belittling to a patron celebrating with friends.

highly recommend the Italian wonton. The special was a puff pastry stuffed with braised beef and portobello mushrooms and mozzarella cheese with gnocchi covered in a lite cream sauce. Delicious food for a moderate price.

Great service—very accommodating for our football needs!

Stopped in to watch some football and get wings. The gracious assistant manager turned to our game even though it meant turning off his game. The wings and bloody Mary’s were delicious. Service was excellent!

Abby was so attentive, helpful, and delightful. Everything on the menu looked SO good, but we eventually settled on the Italian wontons, garlic burger wrap, and fried green tomato burger. The eggplant fries are not to be turned down! So tasty and I wish we lived here; we'd be here all the time!

The food was good, great beer selection, blah blah blah. The real story here is fully staffed with excellent service. That is so hard to find right now, do yourself a favor and go here instead of rolling the dice somewhere else.

The bar is active and thriving. The restaurant has 5 star staff. The food is lacking flavor. It’s like frozen beforehand or overdone. The angel hair pasta w chicken was good. The spaghetti was good. I couldn’t taste the homemade blue cheese on the small salad. The salmon was over cooked and flavorless and the gnocchi was baked.
