Waited 30 min for my curb side order that I already paid for. When it didn't come, I called the store and was told I'd just have to go through the drive thru line to get my order. There was at least 30 cars in the line at that point and I had already waited a half hour for my food. I told them to just issue me a refund. We'll see if that ever happens. Hope they know now wherw they can stick those 2 biscuits I paid for. We will never be back.
Consistently gives out sour cheese or biscuits. One out of 10 times the food is completely unaudible. I would recommend the Bojangles on blowing rock over this 1 any day
Food is good but, there's something wrong with the person who took the order, my sister was short for the order of fries, maybe a hearing test should be on the application for employment,huh....
I get food here occasionally, but it's pricey and the lines are almost always packed, mornings' especially. It's really not nothing especially worth getting stuck in a half hour wait in line. I like the food but getting it in a timely manner is the major issues with going here. The only times I really go are later in the day, it's really hard to get breakfast from here; you don't have a ton of luck with online ordering either unless they're open inside. Easier online pickup is something I'd really like to see from places like Bojangles.
I ordered a grilled chicken salad with no cheese, and they put cheese on my salad. I’m lactose intolerant and had to turn around and go through the drive-thru again, and they were so happy to make my order right. Everyone makes mistakes, but it’s rare that restaurants seem genuinely eager to correct them, and everyone was friendly the whole time. Really great experience overall. :)
Today I got a delivery order which was: (1) delivered VERY promptly, (2) was still hot when it arrived, and (3) was DELICIOUS. Also, the delivery person was very polite, and was wearing a mask (so was I).
So good. So good. Always good, and they have a new chicken sandwich(it's spicy). If you're visiting down south, you NEED to go to a Bojangles.
Good store . Biscuits all day
Awful service they seem to care more about taking out the trash or getting paper work done then tending to the line of cars that is wrapped around the building. After 2pm they only serve half there menu yet it took me 30 mins to get around to the window to get my to go order that still wasn't ready. It looked liked only 1 or 2 of the 5 people in the store was actually trying to get orders out. I understand places are short staffed but this just seemed like the staff didn't care not the case of them not having enough help. There is another bojangles five mins away from this one that is always fast, friendly, and the food is always great. They should just shut this location down. After 2 you can only choose from 4 main items and 3 sides. So I'm confused as to why it took 30 mins to get my order yesterday when you are operating with less than half your menu. That is just crazy. Please fix this location or just shut it down please do something
This particular store has a limited menu. It's a coin toss if the food is either good, made correctly or fresh. Most of the staff could use some customer service skills and the older gentleman that takes the money at the first window is rude, nosey and always has something negative to say.
