They messed up my order when we came here to sit down we already ate all our food they gave our bow rounds that we had ordered out to the drive-thru multiple times and the manager would not speak to me even though she was standing off to the side she refused to the kids that work here need to really learn how to grow up they need a complete shift change I hardly ever wrote any bad reviews like this you can look up my past reviews and see ..... They all had smirky attitudes

This restaurant is always out of ranch. We wait 25 minutes in the line for them to be out of a very popular dipping sauce. this has happened multiple times.
I love their food, but their dining room is ALWAYS closed. No other Bojangles I've been to in NC has their dining room closed. I don't have a car and I know I can just do an order over the phone, but when it's this cold outside, I'd like a nice warm place to eat and not standing in the cold waiting, wasting time I could spend walking somewhere else. They had 8 employee's cars parked in their parking lot, so staffing shortage can't be an excuse. I'm sure if 8 people came together and had a plan, they could make it through just fine. The problem is, they're college lazyasses

Biscuits are hit or miss....either really good, or like today, crumble into pieces when you pick them up to eat.
One of the few fastfood places we will eat at in Boone. The one on 421 is our go-to. We have always had great service. It's good for a random picnic day.
I went earlier today for the Bos Chicken Sandwich, which I have eaten and fallen in love with at other Bojangles Establishments. The Boone location on 321 was absolutely atrocious. I only ate one bite before I was greeted with a mouthful of hot, spoiled, mayonnaise on top of a burnt breading. Absolutely disgusting sandwich.
