I used to adore this place but it’s impossible now. They are out of everything all the time and never get the orders right. The food is old and flavorless every time now. I’m sad it’s gotten so bad.
This place needs our support! They need to upgrade their equipment and whoever owns the bldg needs to get their butts in there and fix the leaky ceiling. Also, they have outdoor dining. The food is excellent and the staff very friendly. Come on y'all---- Let's keep it local!
Went there today, the place was nasty. Bunch of kids working, needless to say they were more into goofing off than working. There were no straws, no ice, no sauces, very little dinnerware, when going through the line they were out of alot of the product that should have been on the bar. Instead of filling those items or cleaning while they weren't busy, they were hanging with the girlfriends. Not very professional.
$15 for a cold burrito with "steak" the consistency of rubber and a soda. First and last visit. Curiosity satisfied if nothing else.
Really really good and the staff was respectful as all get out and answered all our questions and was patient when we needed more info on certain items, thanks for the perfect food
I've seen cat food with more seasoning than this chicken. This chicken was whiter than a dude named Charley. The workers were chill, but that is the worst food I think I've ever put in my mouth. it would have more flavor if they went outside and scooped some grass and dirt and threw it in the burrito, at least then it wouldn't be white. plus they were out of the free chips.
I ordered from their website just for some fast Mexican food that I could pick up without talking to anyone. Didn’t realize they were a chain, but honestly would not have cared had it not turned out that the $18 fajita I ordered — which the website showed a photograph of those restaurant fajita plates with the rice/beans/veggies sides for — was actually just a burrito with chips like the menu’s $8 burritos. When I asked the employees about this they were visibly confused and just threw some beans and rice in a container for me to make up for it. (I read the ticket they were given by their system, so I know it’s not their fault.) However, I also watched them put a plain avocado on my burrito rather than the guacamole I paid extra for. My food was supposed to come with salsa as well and I watched the employee take a condiment to-go container over to the salsa bar, realize the kind I ordered was not on the bar, and instead of getting more from the back or asking if I wanted a different kind they just didn’t do anything. So I got a bag of chips with nothing to eat them with, and my burrito was very salsa-less and tasteless. The entire restaurant was also absolutely disgusting when I walked in, I would never suggest dining there. This was on Tuesday though and I filled out the complaint and feedback forms they linked in my receipt email that night, which state that I should hear back in 1-2 days. It is Friday and I was never contacted by management. I’m pretty sure that the $18 was supposed to be $8 and was a problem with the website, so all I wanted was my $10 back or at least a coupon for a future order. I’ve worked at similar restaurants for years and know how management is supposed to handle these things. Instead, I’ve heard absolutely nothing. I tried to give this restaurant the benefit of the doubt but at this point, I will never be returning and my friends have specifically asked about this location so they know never to eat there. I advise you do the same.
We had a wonderful dining experience! All of the staff were super friendly and professional, it was a clean environment, the food was fresh and flavorful. It's a very well ran establishment with great management.
We have so many wonderful things to say for Barberitos catering! We wanted a taco bar for our wedding reception without it being too formal like it would be with traditional catering. We chose the exact time for them to come set up, how many plates we needed and what type of food we wanted (there were a quite a few different options to go with for catering) and they showed up on the dot and were very efficient and thorough with how they put everything together. The food was very fresh and delicious! It was even better than we expected! Everyone loved the food and we heard from many of our guests about the chipotle sauce being the best they ever had. If we ever have another special event, we’ll definitely use Barberitos!
Food and chips were extremely undercooked, the order was messed up, adding ingredients that were not asked for, and ignoring special request. Would much rather go to chipotle than this place.
