The food and service is great but the restaurant is SO COLD. I looked around and not one person had taken their jacket off. I talked to another customer and she agreed, said she thought it was colder inside than outside. It was 38 degrees out. Won’t be returning until they make it more comfortable for the guests to eat.
Not the best sandwiches, very convenient-Honestly, most of their sandwiches aren't great nor' would I like to try them again, but it really makes up for this with the curly fries, shakes, and other specialty items. Not somewhere I would eat often due to prices, but it is a really convenient place; especially if other places are busy, you can get food very quickly from here and staff are awesome.
I generally like their food, but on one day, they were not busy at all, in fact I was the only customer there. I was on my lunch break from work. I was standing there for over 10 minutes waiting for someone to take my order. They kept saying "be with you in a minute" and never came to take my order. Like I said, it was as slow as it could be there at the time. I just walked out, I thought that was very rude, at where I work, it's CUSTOMERS ABOVE ALL. If they don't have time to take my order, then they're sorry workers. This has happened more than once. They wasted 15 minutes of my lunch break that day. They need to be more conscientious
Always decent fast food. Nice-sized Reuben, though it was (horrors) on soft rye/pumpernickel swirl bread. And not grilled.
We ordered some basic beef n cheddar sandwiches, a 9 piece nugget with buffalo sauce, the white cheddar mac n cheese, and some curly fries for lunch and it was surprisingly good! My only complaint is that the fries were a bit under seasoned. The Beef n Cheddars were hot and fresh, the nuggets were crispy, and the buffalo sauce was satisfyingly spicy.However, it was the white cheddar mac n cheese that won the day. My 8 yr old loves a good mac n cheese, but most are underwhelming. This one hit all the right spots, and he devoured it!
My dad got a gyro and I got the smokehouse(?)Couldn't finish them they were so greasy. waited a long time in the drive thru and it was cold when we got it.Unfortunately the beloved curly fries were even grossThe oil smelled old and unchanged.From what I did eat, I do feel a bit sick from, and threw up.The shakes were good though, one star per shake.
Food was fresh and staff was working extra hard to push the drive through.

Drive thru was very slow. But these days that's normal everywhere. It's so hard getting workers at fast food restaurants. The food was fine and the order correct. It's just your average fast food service. Nothing special here and nothing below average either. Appreciate those still working instead of staying home. Try to give them a little encouragement when you visit fast food places if you can.
One of my favorites. You must try the classic chicken bacon Swiss, or the new smokehouse brisket.
