Great place to eat if you're gluten intolerant. Staff and Management seem to take sensitivities very serious. II have eaten here dozens of times and have never gotten sick.Thank you for making sure this is a safe place for everyone to eat. ❤️
Would give 5 star if there was and mild version of the kicking chicken meal. I like the chicken sandwich on toast but i cant handle spicy lol
Zaxbys is my favorite chicken place. Absolutely LOVE their wings. One of the staff there Ben, was very nice and quite easy on the eyes. I will Always go back
Just Purchased dinner at Zaxby’s Hendersonville Rd., Asheville, NC to find a hair in my food and the manager says they can’t do anything because I don’t have a Receipt!! Got home did not have a receipt in the bag will not be eating there again! I think they should give me a Refund! Debra Stepp
We order here at least once a week. Spending almost 50 dollars every time. They can't seem to get it right. Either wrong sauce or no sauce. I ordered a club sandwich with no sauce and got a piece of chicken on a plain bun. So beyond fed up. This used to be my favorite place to eat.
Stopped here for dinner. The drive thru worker was openly disrespectful not only to me but also to her manager. The manager himself had a big open cut on his hand with no bandage while handling food. Then when I get home my entire salad is like soup full of water with ice in the middle. When I tried to call in a complaint no one would answer then phone. I won't be going back to this location. And judging from the other reviews this is nothing new. Wonder why nothing is being done about this?
Hung up on me and didn’t answer my calls when I made a mobile order so I had to wait in the drive through line for 15+ minutes.
Amazing staff especially Maddie and Nevaha (probably not spelled right). Fast and friendly staff.
You had one job-and you couldn’t do that! My order was totally messed up. And no celery with either meal. The meals were mixed up in packaging and not even what I ordered. There is no excuse acceptable for such inaccurate processing. I’m reminded of why I haven’t been here in MONTHS!
Ordered online and they said they had no record of my order. Dining room.closed and no where to pick up online orders. Staff not helpful and Manager took forever before he ever offered to help. Will not be returning to this location.
