Worst place ever!!!! If you are gluten intolerant do not eat here. I have found breaded chicken pieces in my salad countless times despite being incredibly clear when ordering. I've gone in and spoken to the manager, I've had to explain to them what gluten intolerance is and they are still incapable of just not putting breaded items on the order.Zaxby's on Hendersonville road has never put me in danger. I recommend going there if you want to be safe.The manager there gives personal attention to sensitive orders and goes above and beyond to make sure things are correct and safe.
The chicken is like homemade, my only complaint. They serve tiny portions of coleslaw, and their garlic bread taste terrible. Prices were much higher than I was expecting. It's time for Zaxby's to open up inside dining.They also need more parking area, especially when Micky D's customer line is around the build and out in the road.
Everything's usually okay, but if you order boneless wings, just expect a drop of sauce on one and plain for the rest. :/
Order house salad with fried chicken 3-2-22. No tomato no cheese cucumbers Only lettuce and cold chicken
I live in the neighborhood, maybe once a month or so customer. Just spent $27 and Cobb salad was part of order. Asked for blue cheese dressing, get home, no dressing! I knew I should have checked the bag because the last time I gave them my business the order was missing something. Called and spoke to the manager she acted like she could care less. Never getting my business again.
The fries was hot the chicken was cold like it had set in the back for awhile and the container of slaw was practically empty and I normally don't give bad reviews but it was terrible
So friendly and quick. Just moved to the area and have gone through the drivethru several times.I’ve never been to another Zaxby’s with such quick service.Also they never forget my sauce like 99% of other fast food drivethrus.
Really enjoyed the food. There was one person's who made our visit intolerable. We had to leave before finishing up. Loved the food. New girl at the register. The manager was unacceptable. Hope there is a resolution.
Ordered a grilled cheese and sprite, the grilled cheese was just toast. Not an ounce of cheese to be found and the sprite tasted like a cleaning product and had the aroma of one as well.
Definition of unorganized. Food was cold even after they remade it because they dropped it. No apologies from staff. Took over 30 minutes for cold chicken and fries.
