Really bad service! Got to the location at 9:20pm. Made me wait 30 minutes in the drive thru and when it was finally my turn to order, they denied taking it because they wanted to cheat the system and close earlier than it says in their doors and website. They where even kindda rude. Im letting many people know that its notthe placr to go to and trust me im never comi g back and i will make sure many people dont as well
The food was terrible ??.I asked for fresh food they told me a 12min wait they came out 3 minutes later with the food I got home and the chicken was dry and old so I called and got a credit to go get the food replaced but honestly I don't think I even want it!! My money back will be fine.. smh
My first visit...It was late. I only ate their awesome french fries with Zaxbies sauce, which were delicious, but I wanted to write a praise review on the staff. They should be recognizedHeather, and the employees working this past Saturday night, March 12th, went above and beyond. I was out in the cold, without my phone, and without means to be contacted by my ride, who's vehicle wouldn't start. They took me in and kept me until the Uber, ordered by Heather, (on her own personal account), was able to get to Zaxbies to take me home safely. They were closed and cleaning around me, yet they never made me feel like I was in the way. I was, of course, in the way. I just can't thank you all enough.☺️You are appreciated and an asset to the human race. Lol.Gratefully,Jeanne
The food was pretty good but you could just tell that they don't get a lot of business so it wasn't the best Zaxby's ever, but still pretty good.
We loved the food. The chicken was perfectly executed. The salad was and amazing. It's Saturday afternoon 4:30. There is a new hire working the register. She's trying very hard and being very helpful and pleasant. There is a blue shirt lady. She's very unpleasant and agitated. It's one thing to get flustered during a rush or out of sorts with new people. This lady was rude. I asked how she was today and she shrugged me off and broke eye contact while walking past me as if I were in her way. She was being hateful out loud with the new hire. We ate in the dining room. Though the food was delicious and the store clean. The bathroom doors make a horrible squeaking when opened and upon closing and often in unison. Apparently no toilet paper in the lady's restroom. Another customer came out for napkins. I hope Emma gets some relief. The entire ordeal was very upsetting and we left before we finished. Maybe next time.
I’ve visited this Zaxby’s several times before and have had very bad experiences. Today I took my boys to eat and I asked for our fries to be cooked fresh when we got our order the fries were cold. My oldest son ordered a wings and things and wanted the fingers to be dipped in tongue torch and the boneless wings to be dipped in honey mustard they were both dipped in tongue torch. I went to the cashier and told her our fries were cold and we wanted them fresh and my son needed to have his boneless wings dipped in honey mustard. The manager rolled her eyes and had the worst attitude I’ve ever seen in a manager she got upset because we wanted our food the way we asked, she also got upset because I asked her to replace everybody’s meal because now we have to wait on fresh fries our food will be cold by the time the fries are done. At first she refused to redo her food because she said there was nothing wrong with it. I will never in my life visit that Zaxby’s again thanks for such a horrible experience.
Incredibly understaffed (I think there were 2 people working). It took 45 minutes to get my food and I had ordered ahead so food was almost cold by the time I got it home. I really blame the manager and owner.
Do NOT attempt to order online. This restaurant has signs showing you where to park for curbside (online orders), and even has signs telling you number to call to notify them of your arrival, yet refused to bring me my food to my car, when I offered to come to the door to get it from a staff member, they refused (dining room is closed due to Covid). They refused to refund my money, despite not giving me my food, and even gave me a fake number for a manager when I asked for a phone number to contact general manager. DO NOT go to this Zaxby’s. There are other ones in town where you will be treated with respect.
Stopped by to eat. There was a HAIR in my fries!! And realized notice none of the food handlers are wearing hair net.Probably the most run down Zaxbys we've been. Bathroom was very slippery and slimy and dirty. This place needs inspection!
1st time eating a Zaxby's salad. The cashier Janice customized it exactly how I requested......Amazing!!!!!
