They didn't put salad in set two when I said at the checkout why there's no salad. They said just sorry and they took the money for it.
Decent food and a great option for healthy food on the road. Don't make the mistake of getting food here between 530-7 pm, as you will be stuck in the line for 45 minutes.
Could have seasoned these fry’s a lil more
Good blackened Blue salad in the to-go packaging. Decent service behind the counter. Terrible Christian music on the overhead speakers. ???
This is a great place to go if you want a mystery box experience with your order.Sat in line for 20 minutes and ordered a house worth of food, lady read it back to me, confirmed it, read it to me at the window, confirmed it again.She hands me a bag (obviously a large one, as expected) and I ask again to make sure that everything is in there and she assures me it is.I get home and find that two of my meals are the wrong entree, one of my sides is missing, and an entire meal is missing.I live 20minutes away without traffic and it is now high traffic on a friday, so I'm not going back out.
This Zaxby's was clean, staff was friendly and did not get upset because I asked many questions about the salads. The salad was fresh and tasted better than the ones in Sylva. No one was wearing a mask. On front line. The restrooms clean and didn't stink like dirty mop water.
To be honest this was my fourth time ever at Zaxby’s and someone had to convince me to go. I had never had a good experience and had vowed to never go back. Anyhow this time it was excellent! The food, the service and all for a reasonable price.
Wanted a Salad. It was awesome as usual. Drive 30 minutes to enjoy a bite. The servers were awesome.
Line was all the way around the building took forever to get through the drive-thru but they were very courteous
I love wings! I was so happy when we got a Zaxbys closer to home. I order frequently. The restaurant is clean, and has a fine staff. My reason for 4 stars is an issue with sauce. I got some seriously dry wings once so I finally said something. They were great and re made my order with lots of sauce. I ordered a few extra separately and they were relatively dry. If you ask for extra sauce, they give you little packets of a slightly different sauce. So, no bad vibes, just more sauce!!!
