This place had some great beers and a nice beer garden area downstairs. We enjoy the overall feel of the place. BUT the customer service is much to be desired. A feel of indifference too flat out rude. We were in Asheville for four days and this place was the most disappointing. Do better! If we had better service we would had definitely been back since it was just steps from our hotel. But instead only came back to buy beer to take home.

Had mussels and French fries, steak tartar and a French white Bordeaux that was stellar- gluten free beer available as well. Great vibe. Happy people

I visited the location at Harrah’s Casino in Cherokee, NC. The staff was professional and friendly but the wait times was ridiculous. It took 20 minutes to get in the restaurant that wasn’t even half full. The double smash burgers we ordered both had soggy bottom buns and weren’t very hot. At about 10:15pm after the Chris Tucker Show ( Very Funny) I stopped and bought some nachos and wings. The bone in wings were good but smaller than I was accustom too(pigeon size). The nachos were horrible. We decided not to eat breakfast at the hotel and went to Granny’s which is up the street from the casino and is fantastic.

I have never experienced worse service than at wicked weed. Was so disappointed given the reviews. A member of our party had a drink taken out of her hand by a staff member. We said “hey we were not done with that drink” she responded with “now you are”. A waste of money given that the drink was taken from us. This was 20 minutes to closing. I have never been more disrespected. Staff and managers are a joke for not being helpful in the situation. Go to another awesome place in Asheville!! So many others have great service! As regular guests we will not be returning, maybe when this disaster of a place gets better.

The guy in the front said the wait time was 30 minutes which turned to an hour. It was okay to wait because they were busy however, when he started seating people before us who came later was another story. When I confronted that guy, he said, the guests were sat in the bar! He did not ask us if we wanted to sit in the bar! The food was okay, my salmon was a bit salty! My husband’s fries came out cold! The server brought some fresh ones!

Wicked weed is always on the list to visit while in Asheville. The beers are always delicious and they have a varied tap list. No lines and quick service. We had dinner and it couldn’t have been any better. The steak was cooked to perfection & the mussels were amazing.

Great sours, great atmosphere (don’t miss the downstairs Biergarten) and friendly people. LOVE their sour beers.I hated Wicked Weed for selling out to BIG BEER years ago, but the beer is still great. Enjoy them in Asheville! Cheers!

We went down to the lower level and hung out outside under a canopy area. The front area and upstairs for those ordering food. We enjoyed the mixed flights. Bartender attentive. Came back a few days later to but T-shirts. Young guy working was nice, chatted with us for a bit.

Horrible hostess! Came with my 80 year old grandmother who has limited mobility. We were told we had to sit at high top tables with stools. We explained that my grandmother’s lower back could not handle backless seating. Was there an accommodation? As half the restaurant was empty, including high back tables with chairs (not stools), I was hoping they would allow us to sit at the table or at least offer her a high top chair. No, the solution was a drag a regular sized chair to the table, leaving my 5 foot grandmother to sit with chin hitting table height. At best, the hostess has poor problem solving skills. At worst, she is compassionless. Find a restaurant that shows some respect to the elderly.

Great place to go with the family! Food was so delicious and beer selection was great! Loved the seasonal selection and coffee blonde was to die for. Loved getting to enjoy beer and corn hole after! Kids loved the outdoor area too!
