Let start from the beginning. Parking is ample, as is seating inside and outside. The vibe is chill and there’s a small store area in the corner with cool merch. You order at the counter and sit.I had the highly recommended kimchi fries and they absolutely exceeded my expectations. They’re not just fries; but brined in fermented something or other and topped with a generous portion of brisket, kimchi, scallions and their house made sauce. This was unique, well balanced and could be a meal. These were well worth a stop in.I also enjoyed a flight of 4 4 oz beers for $10. Two Hefeweizens, a cherry cider and an IPA. They’re “thing” is recipes with various yeasts and flavors. Super cool. Super chemist nerd beer vibe. And really, really delicious. We also had the GF buffalo chicken pizza with was good too. Overall, this should be a mandatory stop for drinks and the fries, probably among other things on the menu. Cheers!

We love White Labs. The pizza is amazing and being from Chicago we are definitely picky. The mushroom pizza is our favorite and our kids love the pepperoni. It’s so fresh and the crust is the perfect chewiness. The fries are also amazing!! Please bring back the ancho Chile fries-although we love the kimchi ones as well. The beer is good and we enjoy the variety. Our only complaint is that getting a second beer is very difficult. I hate having to get up from my food and wait back in line, which is sometimes quite long, to order another beer only to come back to cool pizza at my table. A floating server is occasionally present but this really needs to be a permanent feature or even a beer only line at the bar. Please help us spend more money on beer at your amazing restaurant!!!!!

This place has a very interesting concept behind how they brew their beers and how you should try them. The basic gist is that they have brewed the same beer with two different yeasts, and ideally, you should try them side by side to appreciate the differences. Unfortunately it just missed the mark this time. That being said, it's definitely some place that I would come back to and try new pairings because I just really love this idea. Also the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. We didn't eat but the food looked really good and I heard several people express how delicious it was.

Loved White Labs Company in Asheville North Carolina. We didn’t eat but the food looked really good. It looked like they actually made a pretty good pizza. They had a lot of fun beers and I’d liked that they had their own category for each. I love that they had flights too. Would definitely go back.

We arrived and went to order, when we did they told us about the Monday special and it was a huge hit. A pizza and beer for slightly less than the regular price of a pizza. The service was good and the food was great.

Very good brewpub with outdoor seating in the front as well as the second level in the rear of the building. The beer selection is good but could use a porter, pilsner, and bourbon barrel finished brew. The pizza is quite good. The special was street corn pizza when we visited on Tuesday, May 24, 2022. Flights, pints, growlers, and cans are available for the beer lover. Ample parking is available behind the building.

As a long time home brewer and user of White Labs' excellent yeast cultures I was excited to visit the tasting room, and was even more excited after reading the numerous five star reviews. We visited on a Tuesday at lunchtime. We entered through the back of the building because that was more convenient to the parking situation, but the entrance isn't well marked and isn't very welcoming. We found our way down to the bar and ordered a flight of tasters and a margherita pizza. We got 4 IPAs because that's pretty much all they had available on draft other than a few imperial stouts, which didn't appeal to us at lunchtime. It was interesting to compare the effects of the different yeast strains on the flavor of the beers, but we didn't particularly enjoy the beers. Granted, we were a little burned out on IPAs after three days of brewery hopping. More variety would have been nice, and as a brewer I would have really appreciated more info about the properties of the yeasts used, and maybe even a description of the beer recipes. The pizza came out pretty quickly and was good, not great. The Greek Pizza they had as the special that day sounded amazing but unfortunately we didn't see it until we had already ordered. It would have been nice if the bartender had mentioned the special while we were reviewing the menu. All in all it felt like we were in a factory where the bar operation was an afterthought. The space didn't seem well thought out and we felt like we were imposing, rather than feeling like we were welcomed by the service staff. White Labs makes great yeast, but I don't think they're putting too much effort into the food and beverage business and it shows.

I am glad I accidentally drove by this place. Of course I looked it up in Tripadvisor and I had great reviews. These are well-deserved reviews. The beer was amazing the selection was amazing very fun atmosphere. Great service and yummy pizza I highly recommend
