Went in to get lunch I wanted a sandwich I have to be on a strict gluten free diet. I asked the lady behind the the counter if they had gluten free bread she went to the back and a few seconds later hands me a small box with ham, turkey and cheese. I said this isn’t what I asked for and proceeded to throw me the box.I will never be back there again
Pricey but good sandwiches. This was back in 2020. Employee wore masks. The service was so-so.
Excellent food, very fast
This was actually a cool place! First of all, the sandwich was amazing, the ingredients tasted fresh, the flavors worked well together (buffalo chicken). Their ordering system was a perfect change from the standard, they didn't need technology to make it work either. Sadly I'm sure some people would be upset about the "lack of sanitary standards" of having customers use pens to write their orders on the bags, but washing your hands has been an important part of eating since before everyone became more aware of germs. I would definently eat here again! And it's right next to a tesla charging station. A win win

Have been going here on and off for about 3 years usually pretty good, but this time was not so. # employees in store and I understand the hiring crunch so cut em a little slack, but after I ordered took 8-10 minutes to get my sandwich, because they had one lady making all the sandwiches. A gentlemen was first getting the bread out and put the meat and cheese on and then passed it to her, sooo about 5-6 customers were all waiting while this one poor girl had to finish everything else, condiments, dressing, etc. In the meantime while we all waited the gentleman just stood there and watched here and the lady taking the orders, well when she was through she too, also stood there and watched. I wrote a note to corporate and complained and they said they would follow up and I would get an email from the franchisee but never did. Once I finally got my Turkey sub the bread was stale, I didn't get it toasted which they basically do to every sub I guess to cover up the stale bread, but you would think that they would use fresh baked bread for the un-toasted subs. If the other employees would have jumped in to help we all wouldn't have had to wait more than a couple minutes. Maybe I'll go back in a few months or so to see if they have fixed the wait, we'll see. I did go to another Wich-Which recently in another state and they were much more organized and only waited for about 3 minutes and they were very busy and they sandwich was amazing, so the chain is a good one but right now not this one.
