Great beer and food. The fries and deep-fried pickles were truly delicious.
they gave my papillon a treat in a little cup that looked like whipped cream? apparently they do it at Starbucks ? Anyway, she loved it and loved the attention that the bartender showed to us. A very friendly place!
I absolutely had a great example at the westville pube. We ate some fried cheese. I don't usually eat cheese but wanted to impress my date. The date didn't end well. I'm lactose intolerant and have IBS. Let's just say the bathroom was a wreck. Cool vibe

Nice atmosphere.. Bartenders are distant to some and attentive to others. Took a bit to get served sitting at the bar but after that it was good service. Philly sandwich was ok..
By far the only bar I felt welcome in during my group’s visit to Asheville as locals and other bars aren’t always welcoming to visitors in the dead of winter. Sheddy was the only bartender who made me feel welcome! Great service, quick, and friendly. 10/10

Terfy, gendered washrooms. Maskless staff with Omicron overwhelming the community. Patron at the bar with a tactical holster. Out of a large amount of menu items. Chicken sandwich was good.
My partner and I stopped by Westville Pub this afternoon (12/29/21 at 2:00pm) to catch a drink. We both ordered at the bar. The bartender asked for our IDs and when we presented them, they checked each ID, giving my partners back but keeping mine. The bartender then bent my ID in half on the bar, ruining it, and handed it back saying that real IDs don’t bend like that. However, THEY STILL SERVED US BOTH BEER. When I asked to speak to someone about the bartender destroying my legitimate ID, I was directed to Drew, who was kind enough to immediately tell me to “fuck off.”In summary, Westville Pub not only served alcohol to someone they suspected of being underage, or otherwise using a fake ID, but also destroyed my legitimate ID.
