Used to love this place been eating here since i was a kid. but it has now become the Worst waffle house that ive ever been to!. Its ALWAYS something when i go. “they cant do this” “they cant do that” one day its “we are only doing take out” the next its “we’re only doing dine in” they never answer the phone. the staff they have on the waitress side of things suck except for maybe like two of them. They DONT wash their hands after coming back in from smoking cigarettes. The staff can be very rude at times. Ill never spend another penny in there!
Waitress named Maddie was VERY RUDE and unprofessional. I ask for my coffee since I hadn’t had my morning coffee and she snapped saying “ I’m getting it as fast as I can. I can only do so much”. Then she proceeds to be RUDE after she brought the food. She also said if I didn’t like her service, not to come back. When you work with the public and rely on them for tips, you should be more courteous. I’ve never been treated with so much disrespect as this and I’m 73 years old.
I LOVE WAFFLE HOUSE. One of the most underrated amazing food establishments in the US. I have never been to Waffle House that I didn't live and over eat at! You can tell the management takes care of their staff and the employees enjoy working their. Tip well and be good to the people that showed up!

I usually get the two egg breakfast but this I thought I would change it up by doubling the hash browns. Not much of a change but I love the hash browns smothered and chunked! As usual at the location the staff were friendly and the food was hot! Conveniently located with little planning needed for traffic. Also still a juke box at this location. Waffle House isn't what it used to be. First they tell me they're closed for an hour after I walked there from the bar. Then they said only to go orders but when I called before no one answered. Waffle House used to be a place you could count on, whether it was after hours of the bars or in a natural disaster. I am sad for this location but even more so for America. ... You but it's the worst accounts were just like I like them though. Crispy.

Me and my family originally went to IHOP but they were packed. After looking for a place to have breakfast we called Waffle House to see how busy they were. There was no wait and the employees were so so amazing including Shelby who made my ice coffee PERFECT. I highly suggest going to this Waffle House. Amazing service, tasty food, affordable and even have high chairs for the little ones.
Don't show up right at 6 am. Apparently they only have one worker (even though there were two people there.. ) the waitress went on a tirade about how she was only doing takeout only because she can't serve us and cook at the same time and that she would only serve us hashbrown bowls and waffles....do not recommend. Was really looking forward to an awesome breakfast.
Always a good experience with good food with good prices. I’m used to places being open late or 24 hours bc I’m from Vegas, but WH is 1 of the only few in the East Coast that stays open. Can’t wait until they open up a WH on the west side! I’ll miss you until then
