Hope was an amazing server! She was so helpful on guiding through menu options. Very small portions for price.
A quality restaurant on Biltmore Estates. Service, food and service were all good. I would recommend it.
Our server Alex made the meal SO enjoyable! She was friendly, helpful and laughing with us. It is incredibly obvious she loves her job and the Biltmore property. Great people like Alex will keep us coming back again and again!
The food was good but not terrific. The service was also good but not great. The ambience was a little generic. If my wife and I spend $100 on a meal in Asheville we expect to eat really delicious food in a great atmosphere with cool people preparing and serving it. The waitress was extremely busy and rather impersonal. The $10 brownie for dessert was not nearly as good as my grandmothers and the decor looked like it was purchased at Target. We had an enjoyable experience but for the money we could have done much better elsewhere. I can think of dozens of other restaurants in Asheville where the experience would have been far superior for half the cost. Biltmore can and should do better.
The menu is relatively limited and not really geared toward juveniles overall. They try and put their own take on food which is unnecessary. For example, their chicken salad has corn in it rather than a traditional cranberry or grape. It wasnt bad, just average. The food is very expensive overall for what you get as well as the quality of items. It isnt Outback but it isnt a high end restaurant either which is what you are paying. It is at an attraction so like Disney so I expected to pay high prices.
Loved the shrimp tacos, and our waitress was very attentive. She helped us clean up a massive water spill from our 3 year old quickly and made me feel much better about it. We've also enjoyed the ease of this spot for breakfast at the hotel!
It was average bar food. Nothing special. Not bad.
Tonya is the best waitress! I try to sit at her station whenever I come. Sheâs very attentive but not overly, and is so friendly and pleasant. The food is always delicious, this is my favorite restaurant on the estate. The vegan bowls and cocktails are divine ð
We have always been huge fans of the Biltmore but it is really going downhill especially for locals. We went to the Village Social, having been there many times before. There was a problem with the exhaust fan in the kitchen so then menu was mostly sandwiches, salads and pan made entrees. There were no burgers. The food was fair as was the service. Very, very disappointing. We told the waiter that we weren't happy with one of the entrees, which we had two of and were $35 each. He said, sorry to hear it but they didn't do anything about it. Nobody even came over to see why they weren't good. We don't go to the Bistro anymore as our last few experiences there weren't good. Looks like it's time to cross the Village Social off the list too. I'm really hoping that the Biltmore starts to realize they have an issue soon.
The village is great. The restaurant was full, and the sound level was high.
