Great food, wonderful service and great outdoor dining.

Really good Southern food, including mac and cheese waffles with fried chicken. Service is cheerful and prompt. We ate outside so the only noise was from an occasional enthusiastic dog. Shrimp and grits are really good. A reservation is absolutely necessary for weekend brunch or any busy hours. The downtown version has been an Asheville staple for decades and the south location is great, with lots of outdoor seating.

We had an amazing dinner here for our anniversary weekend getaway!! Highly recommend!

Anniversary

Great service great location We eat here every time we come to Asheville We love the food and delicious desserts and the catnip biscuits are to die for with the blueberry jam and honey

We’re visiting from out of town and heard about Tupelo Honey so we came in. The food was delicious! I have some issues with spices and the chef grilled my fish instead of blackening it! Everyone here is so friendly. We will be back!

I planned dinner with my daughter. She had her first date at this location. Last night she was proposed to and the staff was absolutely amazing! The guest applauded and my daughter was overwhelmed with love. Thank you for the delicious food and making us feel welcomed. We love eating there and will continue.

This was our first time there. The food was delicious and the service was great. We will return!

We appreciated that they were able to accommodate us indoors after a rainstorm closed their patio. However, we felt extremely rushed toward the end of our dinner.

I had a reservation but we had to Ames it about 45 minutes for a table. It was extremely noisy, which made it uncomfortable for our guests.
