Our organization held a business event at The Venue and we were so happy with how smoothly it went. We were in the second floor space with 35 attendees. Deandra, our event planner, was great to work with during the planning process and very responsive. She put together a layout that made sense for our event, and worked with us to plan the menu based on our attendees dietary needs and restrictions.On the day of, the team took care of everything, from set up, to handling the food, to clean up - they were also available to accommodate requests such as changing the temperature setting. It allowed us to focus on the content of our event, which was networking and training. The food and beverages served were great, the decor was impeccable and of course, the space is BEAUTIFUL. We can't thank Marta, Deandra, Alice and the rest of the team enough for being such wonderful hosts!

Location and facilities are good. Lack of management is a real issue. The people behind an event are what make it special and unfortunately our event was not good because of the people who manage the Venue. Our dinner service started 45 minutes late which seriously impacted the schedule for the remainder of the evening and resulted in not enough time to do the many things that the bride and groom planned on. We paid for a certain amount of staff but it was obvious they were short staffed when our wedding planner was serving meals instead of worrying about keeping our event on schedule. The most concerning thing is that the owner/management don't seem to care. Review your contract closely, get everything in writing and buyer beware!

We have been working with the Asheville Venue for the past four years to host part of the Love♡Shine♡Play Festival. They are by far our favorite venue, and company to work with. The staff is impeccable - they are very attentive, never tired and friendly to us and our attendees. The space is beautiful and light filled. We hope to work with them for many years to come and would HIGHLY recommend booking your event with them.

Venue does not work with you, owner is awful (will threaten lawyers and cancelling on you and call you repetitively and leave nasty voicemails), and poor responses to email. Chef did not take feedback on food and we also received complaints from guests that the food was cold. Day of coordinator and her assistant were wonderful and actually made accommodations happen day of that we were told were not possible. All other hired staff hosting our event were great. All other vendors were great. We put on a great event despite management, but if I were to go back and do it again, I would have chosen any other venue. We learned after the fact (because we are local) that they are known to be the rudest and most difficult to deal with. We met with so many kind venues, but loved this space and booked it even though we had a bad feeling about the owner and it was a mistake. Our wedding at The Venue was everything we dreamed it would be! The space is so unique and beautiful and was exactly what we wanted for our big day. I can't say enough good things about Paige and Nicole, they were absolutely amazing! We booked the Venue a significant period of time out from our date and there were some staff changes along the way, but Paige was our constant the whole time. She was so responsive, answered a million questions and went over all the details with me. Paige went above and beyond to make sure our day was perfect and the event was exactly what we wanted! Nicole with The Planning was assigned to us later in the process but once we got going with her she was on top of everything and I really enjoyed working together. She made sure all of the details of the day were right and double checked anything there might be a question about.The event itself was perfect. We have had some many compliments on how beautiful the wedding was to how absolutely delicious all the food was (our guests are still talking about the food days later). We would definitely recommend The Venue and would love to have another event there in the future!

The Venue gave us a wedding that impressed all of our guests and that gave us a night that we have cherished every day since. Paige, in particular, was spectacular. She handled our long distance planning efficiently, patiently...all of the positive adverbs. When we encountered brief friction with the owner, Paige was calm and poised and friendly while bridging us back into our planning. The crew was perfect, our tables and setup were arranged and shifted without any hiccup. The chef provided us meals that every one of our guests complimented us about. Even though we were that same couple who didn't get to eat everything right away, we did get take-home dishes and they were phenomenal. The Venue without decor at all would still be wedding-ready, and the cute location on the cobblestone street will give you easy amazing pictures.

We had our rehearsal dinner at the Venue. I could go on about its stylish and fun atmosphere and great food, but what I think is so much more valuable to say is that the staff truly make this spot incredible. Deandra, Nicole (from The Planning), Marta, and the rest of their team are truly the best. They have a great sense of humor, which made the planning process fun and full of laughs. When my wife and I felt overwhelmed with the number of details, Deandra’s calming presence helped us feel at ease as she organized the night into manageable to-dos. The staff welcomed my wife bringing a bunch of her own DIY decorations; they were fully invested in helping us make our own vision come to life. We quickly realized that working with The Venue felt more like planning a spectacular night with hyper-competent friends than any kind of formal process. In writing this review, I really don’t feel like I can do justice to communicate how the unique contributions by the staff at The Venue helped create the best weekend of our lives in a way we would not have had if we had worked with anyone else. They are wonderful.

I can’t say enough good things about this venue and the team. I host corporate events all the time and this was such a superior experience. They were wonderful to work with when I had to delay multiple times due to COVID concerns. Finally we got to hold the event and everything was extremely classy and well organized, I’ll be using them again soon!

My organization hosted our 30th Anniversary Celebration at the Venue and we could not have made a better choice. Highly recommend The Venue of Asheville. The process from booking to day of was smooth. The reservations team Jake, Paige, Deandra, and so many others who were part of onsite team day of was extremely helpful and exceeded our expectations. The facility is beautiful, the food delicious and the staff are amazing. 5 out of 5 best place to host your special occasion.
