Guiacie , the bar tender was great ...he was so welcoming and efficient.... my salad was so awesome.My husband enjoyed a Cobb salad.. we met a couple of very interesting folks at the bar.... great night
Host was terrible and did not welcome us, rather he ignored us. Pickup order was never prepared. Waited 30 minutes for them to make it wrong. Place was empty on a Friday night, and there are clear reasons why. The manager absolutely did not care about our polite complaints, and did not apologize at all. They have a sign that shows lots of customers are fed up. There was plenty of staff. Never again.
Always great food!! A go-to favorite restaurant. My daughter loves the appetizers and the boneless wings. I love the million dollar Cobb salad and I get it with the grilled chicken or the salmon. Dressings are excellent and always get a side of the wasabi ranch. We decided to have burgers the other day and they were fabulous!!Decor could use freshening up, but once the food gets to the table, who cares!
Waited nearly 40 mins on a Sunday evening for our order (3 items). The restaurant was dead. Only to have our $13 order of Whisky Strips to come out as a handful of tiny chicken bites. Very sad.Drinks are good. Bartender was attentive.
Hard to find the hostess to pick up our order, food was Luke warm at best and Cobb salad was inedible. Chose wisely.
We were put on a waitlist that was 30-40 minutes so we sat at the bar until the table was ready. Sat there for two drinks waiting for them to call us until we noticed them seating walk ins. Husband went to hostesses and they had scratched our name off and she said she tried to call us. We had been waiting 45 mins at this point. Once seated we asked our waitress to get the manager and she came back and said the manager was too busy. Once the food arrived the wings were so tiny it was just sad. We could here staff all over the restaurant saying “I’m sorry” to customers about waiting so long or food being wrong. Don’t waste your time or money!!
They have great workers even though they are soooo short staff. Wade was our waiter and he's been there a long time and has stuck it out with this pandemic. He has waited on us before the pandemic and even recognized us. It's been over a year since we have been there. So got to say that they have caring staff, even though not enough. We need to be patient with each other, and I so hope companies are treating their faithful workers.
service was so slow.one person in party never got her food after taking it back for not being cook enough.other people walk out for over hour wait for food to come. they need more staff
I am a little behind on posting a review about the great catering job for our company Christmas lunch. Everyone enjoyed the ribs and boneless wing platters with mash potatoes, broccoli, and coleslaw. Jasmine was very helpful to help me plan the amount of food we needed.
The food was fresh and delious. I would eat here again if I was in the area.
