We had the lunch special #1 one in chicken and one with beef. Both had lots of food and the taste was very good. The chips average and the salsa was spiced just right and very fresh. Give them a try!
Good little Mexican spot. Was on an out of town trip and this was by far the best meal we had. I got a steak and cheese burrito. It had steak, onions, mushrooms and cheese with a white sauce. Came with a side of Spanish rice. Good sized burrito and lots of flavor. My daughter got the Pollo Con Arroz and she said it was very good. Service was good, never ran out of drink. If you’re in Asheville and want Mexican, this is the place to go.
Small, but comfortable place. Food was outstanding with service to match. It's hard to find good lengua anywhere these days but these folks know how to do it right.
After traveling around the world, this is still one of the best taco shops I have ever eaten at. While the chips and salsa, burritos and enchiladas are delicious, the tacos are the star of the show. Grab some tomatillo salsa to put on your 3(or more) tacos and your belly will thank you.
A hole in the wall Mexican restaurant in West Asheville that's truly a gem! We have been on several occasions. While they have an area for a large group (8 ppl), the inside of the restaurant is fairly small.Food is always good, service is great, and thus far they have the best guacamole I've had in the area. Also, very affordable compared to a lot of other overpriced restaurants in the area.Definitely worth giving a try whether you're a local or tourist.
Best authentic Mexican place it Asheville! Amazing food, great service and even better people that run the restaurant!! I go at least once a week and it NEVER disappoints!! 5 STARS!!
Pricey but worth every penny. Service is just as excellent as the food. Luv luv luv this place. I wish they did Biria tacos tho. They never have them when I come to town?
One of the best Mexican restaurants around. Fresh ingredients and wonderful sauces , selection and flavor. Definitely one of my favorites <3
Ate here for lunch and besides friendly service and a nice small patio area for outside dining, cannot recommend this restaurant. Food was of poor quality and not much taste. The refried beans were pale, rice was fine and burritos/enchiladas were barely serviceable. This is more "family style" Mexican food than authentic Mexican food.
Average Mexican food. Ordered takeout living 5 minutes away. Refried beans were cold, portions were very small, and my order was wrong. Better off getting Chipotle -.-
