Worst subway ever! There so nasty ? and really mean to their employees. There’s with one sweet girl with light red hair I think her name tag said desareeae I’m not sure how to spell it but today I was there from 11:35-12:45 on break eating lunch and the boy employee other was so rude to rude jumping all over her for nothing that poor girl deserves better with better pay and shouldn’t have to deal with this kind of treatment. And the bar is always empty and gross looking ? they really should get better employees and the same guy that did that to that sweet girl was really rude to me also I hate going to this subway any more do to rude employees but I hope that one girl desareeae gets something better I hate she had to go and deal with that I’m 1000000% never coming back and I hope that sweet girl takes me is on my offer I made her
Candace is a good sandwich maker. Food is fresh.
When I want a health fast food I come here to get a 6 inch herb bread ,Tuna, mayo, lettuce, tomatoes, Italian Seasoning ..This location in Asheville on Patterson Ave is really nice . The Manager there does a good job..The Hair and Tattoos let's you know he is a serious guy...
For sure don't order online to have it delivered. Your order will be wrong (twice in one week), and when you call they will blame the delivery driver for your order being wrong, and when you tell them it's not the drivers fault it's theirs they will blame being busy, and they will hang up on you. When you drive in you will see nobody in the store but 1 person and employees hanging out at booths. When you ask which one is Candice and ask her for a refund due to the treatment you received from her and your order being wrong twice in 2 weeks, you will get cussed, walked away from twice, told to call tunnel rd, and when you lay your wrong sandwich down to walk out to get your phone, Candice will throw it away and then refuse food or refund, and when you argue she will throw you out and ban you. Go to the one on Leicester Hwy, you might get treated better and actually get your food. Horrible horrible, and yes I'm waiting to hear from corporate headquarters about this.
Subway is awesome!!! They are consistently great with fresh bread, meats and veggies!
My pregnant wife has been having a rough first trimester, and hasn't been eating due to aversions. Tonight for whatever reason she was craving Subway (we haven't eaten there in years). I ran over to this Subway on Patton Avenue to catch them before 9 PM. I got there at 8:38 PM to find the staff sitting at a booth, and I was told "we closed early because it is slow."I pleaded with them to help me and shared the story above, and the young woman did not care in the least. I try to be empathetic with folks, but it was difficult to keep my cool. I left but felt compelled to share this story. Thank you for reading.

Just picked up 4 BMTs. They were TERRIFIC! Fresh and generous. Really appreciate whoever fixed these!
Ordered 3 (12) inch steak and cheese subs toasted with provolone cheese. They toasted ALL 3 together and the cheese was stuck to the paper. Employee pulled cheese off paper and threw it on sandwich. One only had it on half, had already put lettuce on when I noticed I mentioned that it only had cheese on one half he slung some American cheese on it. Had to tell him it was provolone. Took American cheese off and threw it back in the cheese container. Got the sandwiches home and they were soggy and no where close to toasted because they decided it was a good idea to toast ALL 3 at the same time. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. I understand we have a staff shortage, but thr restaurant was literally empty when I got there and 1 family came in when I was almost done and had 2 employees.
They are always closing early which is crazy for a chain restaurant. The manager was very rude to me when I tired to walk in at 8:46 for a sandwich. Would not recommend, go to a different sandwich place
