First impression: they make you wait outside (in the heat) and confirm your reservation or request. You then wait (in the heat, among the street people) until they come get you. The main dining room is loud, and like sitting in the 3rd lane of traffic; everyone is streaming past. Your other choices are to sit in the loud, hot bar area, or go upstairs to another area with weak A/C. If that doesn’t work you can go to the rooftop bakery - whoops - I mean bar. When you leave they will yell at you to use the separate exit - like Sam's Club. nope.

Great experience. We walked in without a reservation and the hostess made us feel welcome and was accommodating. We got sat upstairs and loved it. I had the Shrimp Basilica. My wife had the grilled Florentine Ravioli. We both really enjoyed our meals and drinks. Would definitely recommend this spot!

We came here based on the reviews from TA and those reviews are spot on. Food was fresh, tasty and served on time. Wine was mostly Italian but so was the cuisine so that was appropriate. We went with conforto Chianti and we’re not disappointed. The Eggplant Parm was perfect. Just the correct amount of firmness without the soggy style serve elsewhere. I went with the Lasagna. “Pauli Style” and the bolognese was perfect. Charming waitress and great food ! 9.9

Let's start with the Hostess who was amazing.  We did not have a reservation for Sunday night. She was so professional and friendly, even when she had to turn someone down. And she provided some tips on art galleries to visit while we waited. Once inside the staff was very accommodating with our request to sit away from a very loud table. We had the Bratta cheese and the Stuffed figs for an App, and they were delicious. For dinner we had the ravioli, huge ones. Amazing flavor. Also the Shrimp and basil pasta. It was all amazing. I asked the bartender who was also our waiter to make me a Rum drink. He came back with an Old Cuban. It was delicious. We had a great dinner, great drinks. Would for sure come back....with a reservation of course.

I proposed to the love of my life tonight 5/27/2022. I had help from the team to make this the night that we will remember the rest of our lives. The room was amazing and the food was amazing. I will never forget how amazing the staff were to us. We have said already that on our anniversary we will always come back. Thank you so much

Went with the wife on Monday, 5/16/22 around 5:30. We had a reservation and we’re seated immediately. You can reserve a table, booth, half booth or rooftop etc. unique restaurant. Food was really good. Huge portions. Had the chicken parmigiana and tried the fig & goat cheese pizza. Service was very good. Would return again!!

6 people out for dinner and not always easy to please but we all left smiling and convinced we had found a slice of Italy in the mountains of North Carolina. All of their pastas and sauces are made in house and you will not find better Italian cooking in all of Asheville or New York, Chicago or any other city with a strong Italian population. Rich, creamy sauces over home made pasta is a recipe for a wonderful evening of dinning. May sound off the wall but try the Fig & Goat and the Johnny Stuffed pizzas. Also great Salmon and shrimp dishes. Don’t miss the Arancini for an appetizer. If you can ask for Tara. She will make Your evening extra special. She made everyone at our table feel special.

Lovely made from scratch pasta and craft cocktails! We had a reservation on the roof of The Social Club - must book far in advance. Great cocktails, relaxing rooftop views, delicious food! House made pasta!

Fabulous dining. Scott took ver good care of us. They food is authentic. Real bolognese tough to get unless you go to Italy! Delicious. Lasagna so good. Thanks Scott!

Walked in without reservations, got lucky, 2 seats at the bar- Ordered one of their bottles of wine- only doubled the price (others have been doing a triple)- Had Tuscan stuffed figs with goat cheese- yum-out of this world. Short rib bolognese is enough for 3 people- we split it and left quite a bit-Outstanding-Finished the wine for dessert. We will be back
