Very rude staff, no greetingsdrive thru has some adamant behaviordont want to listen to the order, coffee was cold and not made to the order.need more professional staff who can listen and work better.

This is my FAVORITE Starbucks in Asheville. The baristas are so friendly and the environment is just amazing.If you haven’t visited yet, go visit them! Great for literally anything: studying, working, meeting with friends/coworkers, reading.
Very bad service I wanted to order a traveler coffee and the lady was extremely rude. She was like it’s only 4 of us and it will take 40min for us to get this out to you.It’s take 10min to make a fresh batch of coffee and while that is being made you can get my other items ready.Pretty much she was saying dont order it.
Quick & efficient crew! The drive thru doesn’t take long at all. Sadie assisted me with my order and was very kind and helpful. Great customer service!

I had an amazing barista over there help me! Terry? Terra maybe? For the life of me I can’t remember. She was so sweet. My drink from a different Starbucks wasn’t made correctly, so I just came inside to get another pump of flavoring for it. She offered to remake it for me! For free! So sweet. I had to go to work so I couldn’t take her up on her offer, but I was so surprised! She really should be given kudos.
Guy in the drive through was nice enough but forgot 3 items out of my 4 item order and I had to repeat. I thought no problem but he then offers me a hot drink instead of the iced, which annoyed me because I had already repeated myself. Was offered no straws or napkins
