Rude manager at this location. Told me the dragon drink is disconnected. Then wanted to argue with me that no other stores have the drink!!! When I Order one yesterday. So Come to find out that is a lie. If you’re out of product just say you’re out of product! Or If you don’t wanna make the drink just say that. Don’t sit here and argue with customers and tell them I am the store manager I know what I’m talking about. Cause clearly you don’t know what your talking about!!
So I’m a Regional Account Manager. Needless to say, my life evolves around driving and Starbucks.I was having a pretty awful morning. To the point of an anger & tears morning. If you ever had a morning like that, let me hear you say, “heck yeah”!I stopped by one of the Starbucks on 1378 Hendersonville Rd Asheville NC in The Fresh Market shopping plaza. This is what I was just given a cup with writing on it that said “You are loved” and the lady with red hair (apologize I don’t know her name) was so sweet when handing it to me. Even though she had a mask on, I still could see her kind smile through that mask. Now that’s customer service. With all the different coffees that I have bought throughout the years and all the different Starbucks that I visit, I will remember this moment. Thank you lady with the red hair and green hat for putting a smile back on my face.
They double charged us at this location when I saw it on our bank statement We called to get it corrected They just gave us the run around not returning my phone calls and then in the end telling us too bad. Watch your bank statements folks
Constantly changing their protocols with little regard for consumers.Fix your communication or just shut down like every timid company in Asheville.
By far the best service I've experienced at a Starbucks thus far
We ordered Americanos. We weren't given a cup sleeve and it was so hot that it spilled on me in my car. My husband went up to the door to get more Napkins and tell a barista the problem, but the door was locked. We just left and went to fresh market where I could dry the hot coffee off my clothes and get a fresh coffee that wasn't dangerous to consume.
Starbucks is always a good place to get your favorite cup of coffee and a light lunch or just a Chocolate Chip Cookie. ?
Every time I come here they mess up my order. Latest I asked if any special drinks were vegan, they didn’t know so I googled it and ordered acne with vegan milk and no whip. They still used regular milk after charging extra. Of course they remade it and the guy making the drink was super nice. But the ones taking the orders have- at least with my experience at this one location- no knowledge of their ingredients and don’t listen to the orders. Not only does milk make me sick but I personally don’t want to support an industry that kills baby cows so do better.
I had a great experience, drink was made perfectly on first try and in a quick time. sweet people working the window.
