I love this Starbucks. Everytime my wife and I are in Asheville from Greeneville TN we stop in at this location. Great service outstanding people. The people that work here are absolutely awesome and pleasant.
This location has a friendly staff and I love the remodel inside. However, the situation at my last visit constitutes for two stars. I ordered the brown sugar oat milk shaken espresso and as I am waiting for my drink I see the barista pouring almond milk into a drink. I'm assuming it is not mine since mine comes with oat milk, but he then hands me the drink with almond milk. I asked him if they were out of oat milk and seemingly embarrassed that I noticed he used almond milk, he said yes. I completely understand that locations run out of certain products and supplies, no problem, but that always needs to be communicated to the customer and an alternative mentioned. This drink could have been given to somebody with a nut allergy. This is not okay and I hope this is not happening regularly at this location.
When ordering ahead regular coffee drinks are often not started after +15 min and seem to be forgotten. Staff is not responsive.
Iced coffee and spinach feta wrap was good. Popular place but the order was done quickly.
Super friendly staff and very attentive! They renovated this store in the fall (2021) and did a great job considering the small size of the space. It looks very metro. Food and coffee is up to Starbucks regular high standards!
Nice store, friendly staff… they never have nitro cold brew though. So for that, 3 stars

Very Friendly service. Was greeted by multiple people upon entering. The store was decorated nicely and even though it has awkward architecture , It flows with the Feng shui of the atmosphere. My order was made incorrectly but immediately resolved and I didn’t mind the wait due to the awesomeness of the Store itself. Most definitely a cozy location for a good read + great coffee.
My peppermint mocha was *chef's kiss* but the seating is super tight.
Recently renovated so everything inside is new and pretty. Service is great, 5stars are to the employee.
